Аннотация: В данной работе рассматриваются аспекты, касающиеся формированию профессиональной правовой компетентности в ходе образовательного процесса подготовки бакалавров инженерно-технического профиля. Современный специалист должен быть не только профессионально грамотным, но и социально компетентным, а ещё часто – юридически грамотным, уметь организовывать, руководить и самому подчиняться, разрешать конфликты и принимать решения в рамках существующей законодательной базы и т.д. Для этого специалисту необходимо знать законодательные и иные нормативно-правовые акты, уметь эффективно применять их в практической профессиональной деятельности. Цель исследования: определить сущность и свойства структурных компонентов формирования правовой компетентности бакалавров в процессе профессионального обучения. При решении частных задач теоретического исследования были комплексно использованы такие методы, как анализ методологической, философской, социологической, психологической, педагогической литературы по проблеме исследования, изучение законодательных и нормативно-правовых документов о высшем образовании и функционировании учреждений технической сферы, синтез и обобщение полученной информации по предмету исследований. Раскрываются структура правовой компетентности, а также объективные и субъективные свойства правовой компетентности. Правовая компетентность представляется как сложное, интегративное образование, состоящее из комплекса знаний, умений, навыков и личностных качеств будущего бакалавра инженерно- технических специальностей. Более того, содержание правовых знаний должно быть адекватно профессиональной деятельности будущего бакалавра и только при соблюдении этого условия эти знания будут способствовать развитию его правовой компетентности

Аннотация: The article is dedicated to using educational Internet resources for teaching English online. This article examined the concepts and essence of educational Internet resources, what criteria teachers should follow when choosing Internet resources, what features of using a foreign language with the help of Internet resources should be considered. This article deals with the phenomenon of globalization of education, which entailed the significant influence of the Internet and computer technology on the methodology of teaching English during the pandemic. It also describes modern ideas and trends of foreign colleagues in teaching a foreign language. Furthermore, this work outlines the types of Internet resources that can be used in teaching a foreign language at the present stage of education. The Internet is a huge source of information about the language being studied, the culture and traditions of a foreign language, its realities and characteristics. The information technology has played an important role in English language teaching and it has offered a better tool to explore the new teaching method. The purpose of the article is the use of information technology in increasing the effectiveness of teaching English, developing students' creative abilities at English lеssons. There given various available online tools in the Internet for the students and recommend the mоdern tools for English teachers.

However, with increasing competition from banks and other non - banking institutions, the importance of the investment portfolio as an alternative that provides additional sources of income, provides liquidity, provides diversification of placements and reduces risk exposure is growing. Banks have a wide range of investment strategies at their disposal, which they can combine depending on their investment goals and risk aversion, such as passive and active strategy, ladder strategy, weight strategy etc. The aim of this article is to present the importance of the investment portfolio in commercial banks.
