Аннотация: The article focuses on the issue of shaping learners’ systems thinking skills in the context of traditional education using specially elaborated system methods that are implemented based on the standard textbook. Applying these methods naturally complements the existing learning process and contributes to an efficient development of learners’ intellectual capabilities and the necessary skills for a holistic discovery of the world. The learning process provides training in a number of specific skills for having a comprehensive approach to organizing and implementing cognitive, theoretical and practical activity, while providing opportunities for learners to acquire and apply various forms of activity and actions which contribute to improve the efficiency and quality of learning, the learner’s competitive ability as well as to intensify the learning process. Along with achieving the main learning goal and providing learners with new knowledge, skills and practices, the proposed techniques and methods include the implementation of the acquired knowledge in research and art.

Аннотация: Regional economic integration is much beyond the trade liberalization aspect. It also includes investments in regional infrastructure, harmonization of regulations and standards, common approaches to macroeconomic policy, management of shared natural resources, and greater labor mobility. The Human Development Index (HDI) is a composite measurement of life expectancy, education, and income per capita indicators, which are used to rank countries into four tiers of human development. A country has got higher HDI score, when the life expectancy at birth is longer, the education period is longer, and the income per capita is higher. Therefore human development index (HDI) discusses the measurement of human development based on the three main dimensions such as longevity, knowledge, and standard of living. In this paper, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to evaluate the HD for the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The aim of this paper is to provide complementary information for efficiency measure of HD in ECOWAS countries

Аннотация: Степной фитоценоз характеризуется определенным видовым составом, структурой и продуктивностью. В статье приведены результаты изучения продуктивности растительного сообщества Stipa capillata+Medicago falcata сухих степей Актюбинской области. Охарактеризованы особенности сезонной динамики растительного сообщества Stipa capillata+ Medicago falcata сухих степей и специфика формирования и накопления надземной массы в зависимости от гидротермических условий территорий и режима использования. Дана характеристика почвенного покрова района. Изменчивость годовой продуктивности, состава и структуры сообщества Stipa capillata+Medicago falcata Актюбинской области показывает, что проявляется особый характер аридной степной растительности региона
