The learning process provides training in a number of specific skills for having a comprehensive approach to organizing and implementing cognitive, theoretical and practical activity, while providing opportunities for learners to acquire and apply various forms of activity and actions which contribute to improve the efficiency and quality of learning, the learner’s competitive ability as well as to intensify the learning process. Аннотация: В последнее время достижения в области энергетики оказали глубокое влияние как на экономическую, так и на социальную структуру. Страны, которые хотят быть более конкурентоспособными и иметь стабильный и устойчивый процесс развития, должны разработать свою собственную энергетическую политику и тем самым снизить свою внешнюю зависимость в энергетическом плане. Как развивающаяся экономика, потребление энергии в Турции растет с каждым годом вместе с экономическим ростом. Производство энергии за счет внутренних ресурсов является недостаточным, и страна вынуждена импортировать значительное количество энергии для удовлетворения растущего спроса. Следовательно, значительная доля импорта в энергобалансе создает серьезную уязвимость для финансовой мощи страны, устойчивости роста, безопасности энергоснабжения и разработки внешней политики. Поэтому энергетическая политика Турции является критической концепцией обсуждения и является одним из приоритетов повестки дня правительства. В связи с этим Турция приняла решение развивать ядерную энергетическую программу и приступила к строительству реакторов. Рост спроса на энергоносители в результате индустриализации и технологического развития усилил внешнюю энергетическую зависимость Турции. Турция должна установить свою энергетическую политику, используя альтернативные энергетические ресурсы, и начать использовать ядерную энергию в качестве владельца самого большого ториевого ресурса в мире. Во внешней зависимости Турции в энергетическом секторе Россия занимает видное место. Эта зависимость сужает пространство для политического маневра Турции, порождает экономическую неопределенность и углубляет дефицит валюты-одну из важнейших экономических проблем Турции. В этих рамках можно сказать, что строительство атомных электростанций будет играть важную роль в сокращении импорта энергии. Это исследование направлено на то, чтобы выяснить, действительно ли Турция должна разрабатывать Альтернативы для производства энергии, и конкретно касается оценки ядерной альтернативы.

Аннотация: Tuber bacteria are usually found in tubers in the roots of legumes, and some species are found separately in the soil. When tuberous bacteria live selectively with plants, they provide them with nitrogenous nutrients and feed on corneal compounds that are released from the roots of plants themselves. At the same time, some of the nitrogen is used by the bacteria themselves. The absorption of nitrogen in the roots of legumes depends on the phase of plant development. Tuberous bacteria are involved in enriching the soil with nitrogen. It creates conditions for inorganic substances to undergo changes in the composition of the soil, that is, to interfere.

Аннотация: In modern market conditions, the classic deposit-credit strategy is no longer sufficient for commercial banks to survive in the financial market and achieve a sufficient level of profit. In addition to the loan placement strategy, it is necessary to adopt an adequate investment strategy that will contribute to the profitability, liquidity and security of the overall asset portfolio. Commercial banks, unlike investment banks, invest a smaller part of their assets in securities of various maturities on the financial markets. However, with increasing competition from banks and other non - banking institutions, the importance of the investment portfolio as an alternative that provides additional sources of income, provides liquidity, provides diversification of placements and reduces risk exposure is growing. Banks have a wide range of investment strategies at their disposal, which they can combine depending on their investment goals and risk aversion, such as passive and active strategy, ladder strategy, weight strategy etc. The aim of this article is to present the importance of the investment portfolio in commercial banks.
