Обязанности охраны безопасности на воде, особенно дивизионное место для отдыха и развлечения добровольной команды, относящиеся к делению спасения на воде, специализированная ассоциация с широким освещением печати спасатели добровольной команды спасения на воде сделают обзор мест купания и плавания, покажут опасные места для пловцов и купающихся. Аннотация: Regional economic integration is much beyond the trade liberalization aspect. It also includes investments in regional infrastructure, harmonization of regulations and standards, common approaches to macroeconomic policy, management of shared natural resources, and greater labor mobility. The Human Development Index (HDI) is a composite measurement of life expectancy, education, and income per capita indicators, which are used to rank countries into four tiers of human development. A country has got higher HDI score, when the life expectancy at birth is longer, the education period is longer, and the income per capita is higher. Therefore human development index (HDI) discusses the measurement of human development based on the three main dimensions such as longevity, knowledge, and standard of living. In this paper, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to evaluate the HD for the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The aim of this paper is to provide complementary information for efficiency measure of HD in ECOWAS countries

Аннотация: The modern system of learning a foreign language is characterized by the fact that practical knowledge of a foreign language becomes the need of every educated person, depending on the requirements of society for it. A foreign language has a beneficial influence on the overall level of people's culture, provides to the development of communication. The use of videos with the help of internet resources in English lessons furnishes to the individualization of learning and motivation of students' speech and listening activities. The purpose of this work is to determine the impact of аррlying video materials in English lessons on the development of students ' speech skills. The peculiarity of videotape recordings as a means of teaching English in high school is that they provide communication with specific subjects that stimulate real communication: students participate in all situations that arise with their support, take on a obvious role, set right life difficulties. The influence of taking place in the everyday life of the country of the language being studied deals as a forceful stimulation not only for teaching a natural, lively language, but also for increasing students ' motivation.

Это связано с тем, что в любой цивилизованной стране историческая наука выполняет свою гуманистическую задачу, изучая путь этой страны и народа, особенно в сложные исторические периоды, а также жизненный путь отдельных исторических деятелей, оставивших глубокий след в истории своей общественной деятельностью в эти периоды. Более того, восстановление исторической правды о людях, чьи исторические судьбы постоянно искажались в разные периоды, имеет важное значение для восстановления нашей национальной истории сегодня. Ведь известно, что национальный подход к историческим личностям формирует у молодого поколения чувство патриотизма.
