Аннотация: В статье рассмотрены физико-механические свойства углевмещающих пород Карагандинского каменноугольного бассейна в зависимости от степени метаморфизма, которая определяется по показателю отражательной способности органического вещества – витринита. Данный способ является значимым в связи с увеличением объема геологоразведочных работ на уголь, а также на попутный метан, в связи с подготовкой новых шахтных полей на больших глубинах, когда керн угля будет единственным веществом для суждения о свойствах угля и их вмещающих пород. Определение физико-механических свойств углевмещающих пород с учетом стадии метаморфизма углей имеет большое практическое значение при горнотехнических работах. Основываясь на материалах прежних лет и лабораторных данных, проведенных нами совместно с китайскими коллегами в лаборатории State Key Laboratory of Coal Resources and Safe Mining, China University of Mining and Technology (Пекин, Китай), а также на основе математической модели метаморфизма М.А. Ермекова (1990) приводится изменение степени метаморфизма углей и физико-механических свойств углевмещающих пород с глубиной погружения. Такой вид исследований способствует решению задач, связанных с устойчивостью пород кровли угольных пластов в горных выработках, так как физико-механические свойства пород являются одним из главных критериев при горнотехнических работах.

Основная идея студентоцентрированного обучения имеет целью формирования у магистрантов самостоятельной позиции в процессе обучения. Непрерывный анализ ожидаемых результатов проводится путем оценки и обсуждения научными руководителями с магистрантами результатов промежуточного и итогового контроля посредством их обработки и анализа. Магистрант имеет право выбрать свою образовательную траекторию обучения. Предусмотрены дисциплины методического характера направленные на применение инновационных технологий в учебном процессе, разработанные совместно с представителями специалистов в области юриспруденции. После этого магистрант составляет ИПРМ.Mагистрант имеет возможность проверять и проводить анализ своей успеваемости через электронную базу вуза в автоматизированном режиме on-line.

Аннотация: Professions differ from trade associations and trade unions in that their activities commit to the public interest before their own interests. As a result of increasing number of scandals large firms of accountants are more seen as "businesses", mainly interested in making profits rather than being altruistic and serving in public interests. However, the main activities of accountants are to present and report financial information to its users in a way that is relatively easy to understand and to operate in the public interest in terms of its accountability, transparency, fairness and equity. Besides, organizations are also responsible for the social and environmental effects of their economic actions. It is important for professionals to be sensitive to ethical issues, to be able to identify and recognize ethical issues when they arise and theh make moral reasoning judgements in order to resolve these issues. As companies face more complex intangible risks from creative accounting to cyber threats and breaches of conduct risk management is growing from defending the balance sheet to supporting ethics and decision making based on shared core values. Many of modern enterprises scandals, disasters are due to different failures because of short-term oriented strategies and less care about ethics. The degree of failure depends on the complexity of the system; however, human failings are the basis.

Аннотация: The article presents the results of chemical analysis soils of drilling sites of the Sostinsky and Mezhozerny oil fields of the Republic of Kalmykia. The content of sodium ions is more than 2 times higher in both deposits. At the same time, the content of chlorides in some areas of the Mezhozerny field reaches its maximum. As a result, the soils are highly saline in terms of the degree of salinity and are mainly chloride-sulfate-sodium in terms of the type of salinity.

Аннотация: The article presents the results of chemical analysis soils of drilling sites of the Sostinsky and Mezhozerny oil fields of the Republic of Kalmykia. The content of sodium ions is more than 2 times higher in both deposits. At the same time, the content of chlorides in some areas of the Mezhozerny field reaches its maximum. As a result, the soils are highly saline in terms of the degree of salinity and are mainly chloride-sulfate-sodium in terms of the type of salinity.
