Аннотация: Данная статья представляет собой комплексное исследование, направленное на выявление факторов успешного психологического сопровождения в инклюзивных классах. Используя комбинацию количественных и качественных методов, статья анализирует уровень удовлетворенности учителей, эффективность системы поддержки и потребность в дополнительных ресурсах. Кроме того, исследование включает интервью и наблюдения, выявляя роли сотрудничества, индивидуального подхода и доступности ресурсов. Выводы статьи подкреплены качественными результатами от педагогов, психологов и родителей, а обсуждение результатов сопоставлено с работами ведущих ученых в области инклюзивного образования. На основе выявленных факторов предложены практические рекомендации для улучшения системы психологического сопровождения, в том числе разработка индивидуальных планов, повышение доступности профессиональной поддержки и развитие коммуникационных навыков. Эта статья предоставляет важные научные выводы и практические рекомендации в область инклюзивного образования, обогащая понимание успешных стратегий психологического сопровождения и предоставляя основу для дальнейших исследований в этой области. This comprehensive study focuses on identifying factors contributing to suc-cessful psychological support in inclusive classrooms in Kazakhstan. Employing a com-bination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the article assesses teacher satisfac-tion, the effectiveness of support systems, and the necessity for additional resources. The study includes interviews and observations, elucidating the roles of collaboration, individualization, and resource availability. The conclusions drawn are substantiated by quotes from teachers, psychologists, and parents. Furthermore, the discussion of results aligns with the works of leading scientists in the inclusive education field. Prac-tical recommendations, derived from identified factors, are proposed to enhance the psychological support system. These include the development of individualized plans, augmentation of professional support accessibility, and the enhancement of commu-nication skills. This article presents significant scientific and practical contributions to inclusive education, augmenting the comprehension of successful psychosocial sup-port strategies and laying the groundwork for future research in this domain

Аннотация: В этой статье рассматриваются многогранные проблемы, связанные с повышением конкурентоспособности педагогов среднего образования посредством социального партнерства. Она начинается с изучения современного ландшафта педагогического образования, подчеркивая возрастание интеграции социальных партнеров в образовательных рамках для улучшения подготовки и развития учителей среднего образования. Во введении описывается важность балансировки различных факторов ввода, таких как образовательное образование, практический опыт, навыки, обратная связь заинтересованных сторон и технологическая компетентность. В методологии представлен комплексный подход к оценке конкурентоспособности учителей с использованием ряда методов оценки, включая тесты на компетентность, оценки производительности, опросы обратной связи, практические задания и оценки цифровой грамотности. Анализируя данные с помощью круговых диаграмм, авторы предлагают визуальное представление пропорционального влияния каждого фактора ввода и метода оценки на конкурентоспособность учителей среднего образования. В обсуждении рассматриваются последствия этих результатов, подчеркивается необходимость сбалансированного подхода к интеграции образовательных и практических компонентов в подготовке учителей среднего образования. Также рассматриваются проблемы стандартизации методов оценки и критическая роль технологической компетентности. Исследователи выступают за усиление социального партнерства для поддержки постоянного совершенствования и устранения пробелов в программах обучения учителей среднего образования. The introduction outlines the significance of balancing various input factors, such as educational background, practical experience, skills, stakeholders’ feedback, and technological proficiency. The methodology section presents a comprehensive ap-proach to assessing secondary education teachers’ competitiveness, utilizing a range of assessment methods including competency tests, performance evaluations, feed-back surveys, practical assignments, and digital literacy assessments. By analyzing data through pie charts, the study offers a visual representation of the proportional impact of assessment method on secondary teachers’ competitiveness. The discussion delves into the implications of these findings, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach in integrating educational and practical components into teacher training. It addresses the challenges of standardizing assessment methods and the critical role of techno-logical proficiency. The study advocates for enhanced social partnerships to support continuous improvement. In conclusion, the article asserts that effective implemen-tation of social partnerships and a diversified assessment approach are essential for developing competitive secondary educators.
