Аннотация: The basic concepts of the securities market and models of its regulation, which have developed in international practice, are presented. Аннотация: The article discusses three methods for predicting network equipment failures and the impact of the data array of input controllers. The purpose of the article is to reveal the relevance of the approach proposed by the authors to the use of large-amount of data in the chosen method of machine learning and to make a comparative analysis of the final values with the works of other world researchers. In the first section, the authors analyze the work of scientists from the Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, noting the strengths and weaknesses of their method. In Section 2, the authors analyze the Holt-Winters method for developing algorithms for analyzing network traffic, which was applied by researchers from the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics. In section 3, the authors applied the method of random trees in the modeling of machine learning methods of Rapid Miner Studio. The authors have carried out work with a large amount of data, and a comparative analysis of the results of modeling the method. The importance of using large amounts of information to train a model of network equipment failure forecasts is proved. In the final section, the authors highlight the need to improve forecasting models for its further implementation in the working environment. Also, the authors emphasize that the two articles considered by international researchers are a special case, as well as their chosen method for predicting failures in the LAN system.

Аннотация: In the course of continuation of scientific research in the development of Kazakhstani technology for the production of trimanganese tetraoxide pigment, there have been proposed new methods of analysis which make it possible to investigate new nanostructural materials sourced from local deposits. The results obtained are of practical importance and serve as the foundation for developing new technologically advanced domestic production of a competitive product that is in demand both on the national and international markets. The available methods are not able to highlight the particularity and diversity of Kazakhstani manganese ores due to the uneven distribution of manganese minerals and host (waste) rock, the quantitative ratio of rock-forming components and their variation instability. Methods of energy-dispersive analysis of manganese ores from Kazakhstani Zhaksylyk and Bogach deposits have been put forward, electronic micrographs, spectrograms of samples, diagrams of normalized distribution of elements on the surface of samples have been obtained and a comparative analysis with raw analogue samples of some foreign manufacturers has been performed.

In our age of deepening globalization, when the international economic system is at the forefront of globalization, transformation is especially important . In the 21st century, both China and Kazakhstan are countries with rapid economic development and huge potential for economic growth . In this article, the bilateral relations between China and Kazakhstan are examined from the point of view of geopolitics . It is worth noting that bilateral relations have grown from cross-border trade relations in Xinjiang of China, to the strategic partnership "One Belt, One Road", which has benefited both China and Kazakhstan. In the economic sphere, Kazakhstan, located in Central Asia, is becoming increasingly important for China . Maintaining regional security is very important for the economic development of both sides . For Kazakhstan, the obvious advantage of cooperation with China is that Kazakhstan can serve as a communication center between China and the Western world, as well as establish transport and logistics links with the world as the main artery of international trade .

The mechanisms of formation of food baskets were analyzed on the example of countries such as the USA, Canada and the Russian Federation . The authors, exploring the international aspect of the problem, implement the experience in the context of Kazakhstan. The research subject is may be defined as the phenomenon of food security in its global context . According to the relevance of the studied issues, a comparative analysis of the management mechanisms responsible for the formation of the main business processes in the field of providing the population with sufficient food was carried out . The relationship between the guaranteed level of food supply and compliance with the principles of social justice has been proved . The Republic of Kazakhstan does not face the threat of famine, however, there are certain problems associated with the peculiarities of food self-sufficiency, in particular, there is dependence on imports of a number of strategically important food products. It is shown how the level of self-sufficiency in food affects the state of food security based on the international situation and the current conjuncture of food markets.
