Аннотация: The paper discloses the problematic aspects of legal regulation of tuberculosis control in the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries. Despite the inception of modern treatments and public health interventions, tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant public health threat in Kazakhstan and abroad in the twenty-first century. The challenge of controlling TB in its traditional and new multidrug-resistant forms requires public health agencies at the high levels to develop and apply new tools. Among these tools is the use of law to support efforts to effectively monitor cases of tuberculosis. The purpose of this article is not to consider all socially significant diseases, but a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of the control of tuberculosis patients in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on international experience. The authors detailed the legal and regulatory framework for the prevention, diagnosis and control of infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Also measures of compulsory treatment of patients with tuberculosis, their rights and duties are described. For the disclosure of the topic, the methods of historical research and the system method were used in the article. The article is intended for a wide range of readers interested in medicine, jurisprudence and international attitudes.

Аннотация: Mining a cryptocurrency is profitable on someone’s resources. It is becoming increasing problemin the enterprise to control the operations of its infrastructure while in idle or “off-work” time. Inthis paper we present enterprise security assessment framework for cryptocurrency mining basedon Monero cryptocurrency. The framework consists from surveying power consumption on GPUmining farms and traditional desktop PCs, analysis of web resources for browser-based miningon both internal and external domain names, the handy network logs analysis tool based on theregular expressions. While there had been significant difference between GPU and traditionaldesktop PC’s power consumption, computational ratio of the idle PCs after working time remainsquestionable. In the browser-based cryptocurrency mining, there were no data on public domains,however there had been a possibility for using the private domain names, thus further researchand different tools are required. In the network analysis, there were not enough evidences on thenetwork mining, and this leads to the different research question that attackers may use proxytechniques to bypass traffic filtering and network analysis.

Аннотация: В южной зоне Казахстана возделываются сельскохозяйственные культуры как на оро- шаемых, так и богарных землях. Основной применяемой технологией обработки почвы является традиционная, на долю которой приходится 90% всех возделываемых культур. Данная технология предусматривает многократное количество проходов машинно-тракторных агрегатов (МТА) по полю, что обуславливает большую нагрузку на почву, приводящую к разрушению ее структуры. На юге республики в основном применяются для предпосевной обработки почвы комбинированные орудия, поставляемые из ближнего зарубежья (Россия, Беларусь, Украина). Они не соответствуют почвенно-климатическим условиям и применяемым технологиям. Для обеспечения требуемого качества подготовки почвы необходимо использовать машины, адаптированные к зональным условиям. Для разработки комбинированного орудия для предпосевной и основной обработки почвы были обоснованы параметры его рабочих органов. Был изготовлен опытный образец комбинированного орудия ОКП-4,0. и проведены его приемочные испытания в ходе операции предпосевной подготовки почвы к посеву кукурузы, согласно которым качество обработки почвы соответствовало сельскохозяйственным требованиям. Никаких поломок или сбоев в работе не было. Разработана техническая документация на опытный образец для постановки его на производство.
