Аннотация: Значительное влияние ирригации на природную и экологическую обстановку в зоне орошаемого земледелия Казахстана было определено концепцией развития ирригации в Центральной Азии и Казахстане. Проблемы снижения существующей экологической обстановки на орошаемых землях Казахстана, особенно в южных и юго-восточных регионах, и нормализации эколого-мелиоративной обстановки непосредственно связаны с различными водохозяйственными районами Кыргызстана и Узбекистана. Река Сырдарья, протекающая между этими странами, приходит к нам с минерализацией воды 1,75 г/л. Они также загрязнены пестицидами, хлорорганическими пестицидами – ДДТ (дихлордифенилтрихлорэтан) и ГХГ (гексахлорциклогексан), используемыми на орошаемых землях. Минерализация воды и на территориях Казахстана. В целом на орошаемых землях в результате поступления соли из оросительных вод наблюдалось увеличение запасов соли в почвах и грунтовых водах. Их интенсивность во многом зависит от минерализации оросительной воды и объема водозабора. В результате регулировалось течение реки. Необратимый почвенно-экологический процесс с большой интенсивностью протекает в Сырдарье, где широко развито освоение орошаемых земель и объем сбросов ЦДО (коллекторно-дренажных вод) и сточных вод в верхних течениях рек.

РџСЂРё математическом моделировании были учтены реально действующие РІ массиве напряжения, определенные натурными измерениями. Приведена модель, основанная РЅР° результатах моделирования, которую возможно применять для прогнозирования изменения максимального градиента горизонтального напряжения СЃ увеличением глубины отработки Куржункульского карьера. The stress-strain state of rocks is one of the main factors that determine the magnitude and nature of rock pressure, on which the safety of deep open pit development depends. When conducting mining operations, it is necessary to understand where zones of increased principal components of normal and maximum shear stresses form. The article presents the results of numerical modeling of the stress-strain state of the Kurzhunkul pit in a two-dimensional formulation by the finite element method in the MIDAS GTS NX software package. In mathematical modeling, the stresses actually acting in the array, determined by field measurements, were taken into account. A model based on the results of modeling is presented, which can be used to predict changes in the maximum gradient of horizontal stress with an increase in the depth of mining of the Kurzhunkul open-pit mine. Based on the results of the modeling of the sides in the southeastern north-western directions, areas were identified where there is an unfavorable effect of the maximum shear stresses on the side rock mass and the maximum shear stresses (н µнјЏн µнјЏн µнјЏн µнјЏн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћ) may exceed the shear strength. Also, an assessment of the influence of the main components of normal and maximum shear stresses on the stability of the near-rock pit rock mass is given. It has been determined that the geomechanical state of the sides of the Kurzhunkul open-pit mine is characterized by the action of low compressive stresses. The values of the maximum compressive stresses vary from 5.52 MPa to 14.25 MPa, increasing from the day surface to the bottom of the open pit. The minimum component of the principal stresses varies from 0.70 to 9.4 MPa. The values of tensile minimum stresses н µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±– are significantly less than the calculated values of tensile stresses н µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µн±ќн µн±ќн µн±ќн µн±ќ in the sample and do not affect the stability of the pit edges. The problem of predicting the tectonic effect on the stress state of the rock mass is important in geomechanics today. If the natural stresses in the sides of the pit slope are high and exceed the strength of the rock mass, then its deformation occurs and large zones of weakened rocks are created, which can then collapse under the influence of their own weight [1, 2]. Based on the results of field studies, it was determined that the stress-strain state of the rock masses of the Kurzhunkul pit was attributed to the gravitational-tectonic type [3]. The stability of quarry walls in rocky tectonically stressed rocks is determined, first, by the parameters of the stressstrain state, structural disturbance, and strength characteristics of the rock mass. Materials and methods. To substantiate the rational design parameters of the Kurzhunkul opencast mine, calculations were performed to estimate the stress-strain state of the rock mass in a two-dimensional (2D) formulation by the finite element method using the MIDAS GTS NX software package. Finite element method (FEM) calculation in MIDAS GTS NX can be conditionally divided into the following stages: - setting the computational domain with the selection of characteristic areas and mechanical properties for the selected areas; предела прочности РЅР° СЃРґРІРёРі. Аннотация: В этой статье рассматриваются многогранные проблемы, связанные с повышением конкурентоспособности педагогов среднего образования посредством социального партнерства. Она начинается с изучения современного ландшафта педагогического образования, подчеркивая возрастание интеграции социальных партнеров в образовательных рамках для улучшения подготовки и развития учителей среднего образования. Во введении описывается важность балансировки различных факторов ввода, таких как образовательное образование, практический опыт, навыки, обратная связь заинтересованных сторон и технологическая компетентность. В методологии представлен комплексный подход к оценке конкурентоспособности учителей с использованием ряда методов оценки, включая тесты на компетентность, оценки производительности, опросы обратной связи, практические задания и оценки цифровой грамотности. Анализируя данные с помощью круговых диаграмм, авторы предлагают визуальное представление пропорционального влияния каждого фактора ввода и метода оценки на конкурентоспособность учителей среднего образования. В обсуждении рассматриваются последствия этих результатов, подчеркивается необходимость сбалансированного подхода к интеграции образовательных и практических компонентов в подготовке учителей среднего образования. Также рассматриваются проблемы стандартизации методов оценки и критическая роль технологической компетентности. Исследователи выступают за усиление социального партнерства для поддержки постоянного совершенствования и устранения пробелов в программах обучения учителей среднего образования. В заключении утверждается, что эффективное внедрение социального партнерства и диверсифицированный подход к оценке имеют важное значение для развития конкурентоспособных педагогов среднего образования. Объединяя последние исследования и передовой опыт, в этом исследовании представлены действенные рекомендации для образовательных учреждений по содействию более эффективной и отзывчивой среде обучения учителей среднего образования. This article explores the multifaceted challenges associated with improving the competitiveness of prospective educators through social partnerships. It begins with an examination of the contemporary landscape of teachers in the secondary ed-ucation, highlighting the growing importance of integrating social partnerships into educational frameworks to enhance secondary education teachers’ training and devel-opment. The introduction outlines the significance of balancing various input factors, such as educational background, practical experience, skills, stakeholders’ feedback, and technological proficiency. The methodology section presents a comprehensive ap-proach to assessing secondary education teachers’ competitiveness, utilizing a range of assessment methods including competency tests, performance evaluations, feed-back surveys, practical assignments, and digital literacy assessments. By analyzing data through pie charts, the study offers a visual representation of the proportional impact of assessment method on secondary teachers’ competitiveness. The discussion delves into the implications of these findings, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach in integrating educational and practical components into teacher training. It addresses the challenges of standardizing assessment methods and the critical role of techno-logical proficiency. The study advocates for enhanced social partnerships to support continuous improvement. In conclusion, the article asserts that effective implemen-tation of social partnerships and a diversified assessment approach are essential for developing competitive secondary educators.
