The developed mathematical model takes into account many factors affecting the anisotropy of the country's economic space development, and allows us to propose an optimal strategy for managing regions. In the work using a cluster model based on hierarchical algorithms, graphs-dendrograms are constructed and regions are classified according to their level of competitiveness.

Аннотация: Customer reviews are the key to the success functionality for the companies. A producer will gain the true result of his products from the customer feedback. What should the seller do to achieve good quality for his product? Just by looking at the stars and reading the usual text, the seller will not be able to improve their product well enough, because different people can understand the same text in different ways. That’s why, the seller can improve the wrong part of their product and make their product worse. Sentimental analysis can be applied here. He can make necessary changes to his product according to the feedback. However, it is common to see when most client may inadequately overestimate or underestimate the mark. To avoid the confusion, it is better to analyze the text. This paper focus on the sentiment feedback analysis and finding the relationship between reviews and ratings on the basis of data collected from ”Kaspi.kz” marketplace. These data streams are cleaned and analyzed and reviews is got through opinion mining. We used several algorithms to find the best one. The experiments have shown 92% accuracy in the sentimental analysis

Аннотация: The most important task of the dairy cattle industry is to obtain high quality raw milk. To achieve it, a set of measures is required, including aimed at increasing the biological safety of produced raw materials. The aim of the study was to create a scientific and methodological basis for the Bovine leukemia virus (BLV) gene diagnostics in a combined format of pathogen indication and identification. This required updating the strategy of BLVPCR-RFLP genotyping, consistent with its phylogenetic classification, taking into account the growing knowledge about the genetic diversity of 11 genotypes of the studied viral pathogen. When staging nested PCR, oligonucleotide primers were used, which initiate at the final stage of the reaction the production of a 444 bp env-gene fragment of the pathogen. Five restriction endonucleases were used in PCR-RFLP BLV genotyping of: PvuII, SspI, AsuHPI, HaeIII, and BstX2I. As a result of verification of the developed Bovine leukemia virus method for gene identification with an updated genotyping strategy, a technical result was obtained, expressed in the ability to identify all 11 BLV genotypes discovered to date by interpreting the generated 58 genotype-associated combinations of PCR-RFLP profiles.

Аннотация: For the first time, kinetics and the mechanism of the reaction of hydrazinolysis of maleic acid in the presence of cation exchanger resin KU-2-8 in H-form have been studied. The experiments were carried out in a static system in a thermostat glass reactor. It was found that cation exchanger shows high catalytic activity in the studied process - maleic acid conversion was 93%, and maleic hydrazide yield was 90%. The conversion selectivity of maleic acid to maleic hydrazide was 97,8%. The reaction rate was determined from the accumulation of maleic hydrazide. The apparent reaction rate constant (k) was calculated from the second-order reaction rate equation. The effect of initial concentrations of maleic acid and hydrazine hydrate, the temperature on the reaction rate was studied. The first order of maleic acid and hydrazine hydrate is determined. Activation energy of the process found from the Arrhenius dependence is 32,1 kJ/mol. On the basis of kinetic and IR spectroscopic methods, a probable reaction mechanism involving polymer-bound hydrogen ions is proposed.

Методом анализа патентных решений выявлены основные направления проектирования рабочих органов автогрейдеров и наиболее перспективных конструкций. Выведены формулы для учета сопротивления грунта резанию ножом с одной прямой и двумя наклонными режущими кромками с учетом угла наклона ножа и его износа. Исследованы закономерности износа режущих элементов лезвия, выявлено его влияние на эффективность работы и на параметры конструкции рабочих органов. Определяется максимальный размер износа. На основе проведенных исследований определены требования к рабочему оборудованию автогрей- деров, разработаны новые конструкции ножей многократного использования и порядок их последовательной замены в соответствии с научно-исследовательской работой. Это обеспечивает повышение КПД станка на 10...15% и увеличивает ресурс ножей по сравнению с традиционной конструкцией в 3...4 раза.
