Аннотация: The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the valuable biologically active substances, species and strains of microalgae are related the genus of CyanobacteriaSp.platensis and Sp.labgrinthifosmis that were isolated from local nature and grown in semi-production facilities were considered. In order to adapt for mass cultivation, algae were first grown in greenhouse conditions. The algae were cultivated within 12 days. The produc-tivity in the tubular cultivator with stirring of Sp.platensis was 3.8 g / l, protein (73.0%), and Sp.laberinthiformis was 2.6 g / l of protein (63.1%). Similar studies were carried out in the open-air conditions that showed an increase in the amount of illumination causes a significant restructuring of the entire photosynthetic apparatus of algae. The accumulation of Sp.labyrinthiformis 2.7 g / l a.d.c., protein 62.21%, and Sp.platensis 4.08 g / l, protein 75.3%, were within 10 days. The content of protein and carotenes sharply increases in comparison with the greenhouse conditions. It was found that the addition of Sp.platensis suspension, as a protein-vitamin supplement for the bulls’ feedstuff, stimulates physiological processes that improves the biochemical parameters of their blood, the digestibility coefficient of nutrients by 8-9%, positive mineral balance, increases live weight gain (17.4%) and slaughter yield of the bulls (3.6%). So, the suspension of Sp.platensis is recommended for use as a protein-vitamin supplement in livestock farms that will allow having a significant economic effect in livestock farming, in average 20-25% profits per yearly.

Аннотация: For the first time, kinetics and the mechanism of the reaction of hydrazinolysis of maleic acid in the presence of cation exchanger resin KU-2-8 in H-form have been studied. The experiments were carried out in a static system in a thermostat glass reactor. It was found that cation exchanger shows high catalytic activity in the studied process - maleic acid conversion was 93%, and maleic hydrazide yield was 90%. The conversion selectivity of maleic acid to maleic hydrazide was 97,8%. The reaction rate was determined from the accumulation of maleic hydrazide. The apparent reaction rate constant (k) was calculated from the second-order reaction rate equation. The effect of initial concentrations of maleic acid and hydrazine hydrate, the temperature on the reaction rate was studied. The first order of maleic acid and hydrazine hydrate is determined. Activation energy of the process found from the Arrhenius dependence is 32,1 kJ/mol. On the basis of kinetic and IR spectroscopic methods, a probable reaction mechanism involving polymer-bound hydrogen ions is proposed.

Аннотация: In recent years, the interest of researchers in the herbal preparation has grown significantly. Plants are sources of biologically active substances (BAS). In previous articles, the chemical composition and biologically active substances of plants endemic Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin growing in Kazakhstan has been studied. Among the BAS of plant origin, inulin and flavonoids occupy a special place. The article examines the release of inulin and flavonoid from the stem of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin plants. In order to isolate a flavonoid, you first need to extract inulin. Due to the fact that in our plants, inulin accumulates up to 40%. Therefore, the first stage was to isolate inulin: with extractions 1:10 with distilled water for 60 minutes, and in the second stage, the further isolation of the residue was first dried, the dry residue was 1:10 with a ratio of 70% ethanol for 3 hours. The inulin yield was -5%, the melting point was 1300C. A The yield of flavanoid is 0.66%, the melting point is 1700 C, the aggregate state is acicular light brown light. The structure of the isolated flavonoid was determined on a Uviline 9100 spectro-photometer; the highest absorption was observed at a wavelength of 364 nm. Consequently, the structure of the isolated flavonoid coincides with the literature data. The maxima of the UV, IR, 13С -NMR. spectrum show that flavonol is a derivative.

Аннотация: it is shown that additions of montmorillonite in the Na form contribute to a significant increase in the crushing strength of granules of cracking catalysts while maintaining their activity in the yield of gasoline. Comparison of the results of the cracking of vacuum gas oil on catalysts of the same composition, but with and without a NaMM binder, showed that the introduction of NaMM does not significantly affect the gasoline yield. Samples of catalysts of the same composition, but with the use of Al-pillared MM in Na-and CaNa-exchangeable forms and with the addition of NaMM as a binder, showed similar activity in the yield of gasoline, which is explained by the similarity of the elemental compositions, textural and acidic properties of the studied catalysts. The maximum yield of gasoline, equal to 44.8% and light gas oil of 14.6%, was obtained for Al (2.5) CaNaHMM + NaMM with the addition of a binder and crushing strength of 60-70 N / cm2.

Аннотация: the problem of rational utilization of natural and associated petroleum gases and the cessation of their flaring is one of the acute and unresolved environmental problems. The aim of this work is to develop effective thermally stable catalysts ofa new generation for the processes of oxidative conversion of light alkanes of natural and associated gas into synthesis gas. The results of partial oxidation of the methane of natural gas on the catalysts prepared by solution combustion synthesis are presented. Investigation of the activity of catalysts produced from initial mixture of Ni(NO3)2-Al(NO3)3-Mg(NO3)2-Mn(NO3)2+ urea of different composition was carried out for the production of synthesis-gas. It was found that the optimal conditions for producing of synthesis-gas are: CH4conversion higher than 95%, yield of target products: Н2-97 -99% and СО -40 -43%, Т = 900оС, space velocity –2500 and 6500 h-1. The catalysts were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, specific surface area, pore volume and average pore diameter. The presence in the catalysts of simple and mixed oxides, metal aluminates and spinel-type structures, the presence of which contributes to the active work of catalysts for oxidativeconversion of CH4, has been established.

Аннотация: the problem of rational utilization of natural and associated petroleum gases and the cessation of their flaring is one of the acute and unresolved environmental problems. The aim of this work is to develop effective thermally stable catalysts ofa new generation for the processes of oxidative conversion of light alkanes of natural and associated gas into synthesis gas. The results of partial oxidation of the methane of natural gas on the catalysts prepared by solution combustion synthesis are presented. Investigation of the activity of catalysts produced from initial mixture of Ni(NO3)2-Al(NO3)3-Mg(NO3)2-Mn(NO3)2+ urea of different composition was carried out for the production of synthesis-gas. It was found that the optimal conditions for producing of synthesis-gas are: CH4conversion higher than 95%, yield of target products: Н2-97 -99% and СО -40 -43%, Т = 900оС, space velocity –2500 and 6500 h-1. The catalysts were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, specific surface area, pore volume and average pore diameter. The presence in the catalysts of simple and mixed oxides, metal aluminates and spinel-type structures, the presence of which contributes to the active work of catalysts for oxidativeconversion of CH4, has been established.
