Аннотация: Customer reviews are the key to the success functionality for the companies. A producer will gain the true result of his products from the customer feedback. What should the seller do to achieve good quality for his product? Just by looking at the stars and reading the usual text, the seller will not be able to improve their product well enough, because different people can understand the same text in different ways. That’s why, the seller can improve the wrong part of their product and make their product worse. Sentimental analysis can be applied here. He can make necessary changes to his product according to the feedback. However, it is common to see when most client may inadequately overestimate or underestimate the mark. To avoid the confusion, it is better to analyze the text. This paper focus on the sentiment feedback analysis and finding the relationship between reviews and ratings on the basis of data collected from ”Kaspi.kz” marketplace. These data streams are cleaned and analyzed and reviews is got through opinion mining. We used several algorithms to find the best one. The experiments have shown 92% accuracy in the sentimental analysis

Аннотация: В статье рассмотрены аспекты создания сбалансированных жировых основ с учетом норм физиологических потребностей современного человека в липидах и их структурных компонентах. Проведен анализ жирнокислотного состава природных масел различных жирнокислотных групп и модифицированных жиров. Содержание полиненасыщенных жирных кислот составляет от 10 до 15%, при этом соотношение между ω6/ω3 жирными кислотами составляет 10:1, что соответствует норме потребности здорового человека. При корректировке оптимального соотношения должны быть учтены не только медико-биологические требования по потреблению той или иной эссенциальной кислоты, но и структурно-реологические характеристики вырабатываемого продукта. Представлены данные по сбалансированности жировых основ, природных и модифицированных растительных масел и жиров обеспечивают потребительские свойства функциональных жировых продуктов.

The effectiveness of informatization and automation of algorithms for the work of enterprise entities primarily depends on the degree of formalization of business processes of organizations and readiness to implement management systems that meet the modern requirements of the digital economy.
