Аннотация: Данная работа посвящена моделированию вырождении магнитогидродинамической (МГД) турбулентности конечно-разностным гибридным методом (КРГМ), сочетающейся из двух различных численных методов: конечно-разностный и спектральный. Разработан численный алгоритм гибридного метода на основе решения уравнения Навье-Стокса и уравнения для магнитного поля конечно-разностным методом в сочетании с циклической пятидиагональной матрицей, которая дает точность четвертого порядка по пространству и точность третьего порядка по времени. Уравнение Пуассона для давление решается спектральным методом. Для валидации разработанного алгоритма рассматривается классическая задачатрехмерного вихревого потока Тейлора и Грина без учета магнитного поля, и полученные турбулентные характеристики при моделировании имеют отличные согласование с результатами аналитического решения на краткосрочном отрезке времени. Также показано, что разработанный эффективный численный алгоритм может быть использован для моделирования вырождения магнитогидродинамической турбулентности при различных числах Рейнольдса.

Аннотация: The paper discloses the problematic aspects of legal regulation of tuberculosis control in the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries. Despite the inception of modern treatments and public health interventions, tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant public health threat in Kazakhstan and abroad in the twenty-first century. The challenge of controlling TB in its traditional and new multidrug-resistant forms requires public health agencies at the high levels to develop and apply new tools. Among these tools is the use of law to support efforts to effectively monitor cases of tuberculosis. The purpose of this article is not to consider all socially significant diseases, but a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of the control of tuberculosis patients in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on international experience. The authors detailed the legal and regulatory framework for the prevention, diagnosis and control of infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Also measures of compulsory treatment of patients with tuberculosis, their rights and duties are described. For the disclosure of the topic, the methods of historical research and the system method were used in the article. The article is intended for a wide range of readers interested in medicine, jurisprudence and international attitudes.

Аннотация: This article is devoted to the study of codependence as sociopsychological factor that affects the personality characteristics of coaddicts. Codependence is regarded as a persistent state of insuperable, often painful, dependency, based on relationships with a significant person who suffers from one type of dependence. A distinctive feature of codependence is selfdestructive attachment to a substancedependent substance, accompanied by specific emotional, psychological and behavioral manifestations. To conduct the study codependence as sociopsychological factor that affects the personality characteristics of coaddicts, an applied research was conducted. Object of the study: codependent mothers whose relatives suffer from any kind of dependence. The subject of the study: sociopsychological characteristics of codependence. The purpose of the study: the study of socio psychological characteristics of codependence and its influence on the peculiarities of the occurrence of addictions in the family. 1. Constructivedestructive family (KDS) (E.G. Eidemiller, VV Yustitsky). 2. Methods for determining codependence D. Fisher, adapted by V.D. Moskalenko. 3. IStructural Test of Ammon (ISTA). According to the results of the study, the existence of a relationship between codependence and manifestations of mental states (frustration, aggression, anxiety). In addition, the study showed that destructivedeficit functions predominate in the structure of the personality of coaddicts, which indicates a «contact breakage», i.e. on the severance of relations with himself, with other people, with the world around him

Аннотация: The Cauchy problem for singularly perturbed linear differential equation the second order withpiecewise-constant argument is considered in the article. The definition of singularly perturbedlinear harmonic oscillator with piecewise-constant argument is given in the paper. The system offundamental solutions of homogeneous singularly perturbed differential equation with piecewise-constant argument are constructed according to the nonhomogeneous singularly perturbed differ-ential equation with piecewise-constant argument. With the help of the system of fundamentalsolutions, the initial functions are constructed and their asymptotic representation are obtained.By using the reduction method, the analytical formula of the solution of singularly perturbed theinitial value problem with piecewise-constant argument is obtained. In addition, the unperturbedCauchy problem is constructed according to the singularly perturbed Cauchy problem. The so-lution of the unperturbed Cauchy problem is obtained. When the small parameter tends to thezero, the solution of singularly perturbed the Cauchy problem with piecewise-constant argumentapproaches the solution of the unperturbed Cauchy problem with piecewise-constant argument.The theorem on the passage to the limit is proved.

Аннотация: Every year, the atmosphere in Kazakhstan is polluted approximately 5-7 million tons of pollutants,about a third of which belong to the vehicle. Also excess pollution of the air basin of the cities ofthe Republic is caused by pollution of pollutants by metallurgy, oil refining and chemical industryfactories, automobile and railway transport. The harmful substances emitted by motor transportadversely affect the air, water reservoirs, soil and the planet’s biosphere. At Nowadays car engineconsumes about 3 kilogram of atmospheric oxygen when liters of gasoline per 1 kg are burned.Every car delivers 60 m3of gas per hour, and the truck produces 120 m3of gas. These substancesare very dangerous for living organisms and finding solution for the problem of cleaning exhaustedgases is very actual.The purpose of this article is mathematical and numerical modeling on transfer processes in motor-car neutralizer with usage modern programming language and modern computing technologies.The solution of such a problem brings a certain contribution to the protection of the environmentfrom automobile exhaust gases. The task of cleaning at exhaust gases is investigated, that is tosay catalytic oxidation of exhausted gases automobile neutralizer . The mathematical model thereis a system of differential equations warm and mass transfer including heat generation from thechemical reaction. The equation system is solved through numerical methods and to create anddevelop an algorithm of computing the task of cleaning exhaust gases in automobile neutralizer.

Аннотация: This paper is part of the research on creating semantic analysis models in web resources for definingan extremist orientation in the text. To solve this task a model was created, which consists of fivestages: identifying websites of an extremist groups, preparing for data extraction, data extraction,data analysis and classification. This work presents the results of data analysis stage of abovementioned model. The purpose of this study is to identify keywords, often used by extremists,which will later be used to classify texts to "extremist" and "neutral" categories using machinelearning methods. There is no such database for the Kazakh language. As the result of this studyan experimental corpus and list of keywords in Kazakh language was created. The keywords wereadded to the database with various morphological variants. The program was built that checksfor the presence of extremist keywords in the given input text and displays the words found.

Аннотация: This work is devoted to the study of centrifugation processes, which are one of the most complexprocesses of technology. The use of the action of the centrifugal force field for the separationof heterogeneous liquid systems in a rotor system (centrifuge) is very effective. Separability ofcentrifuged materials, multiphase dispersion, the relationship between phases cause ambiguousprocesses of centrifugation, and therefore it is not always possible to accurately predict and evaluatethe main characteristics of the separation of heterogeneous systems in the centrifugal force field.For a qualitative assessment of the main separation characteristics, such as the angular velocityof rotation, the dependence of the angles of inclination of the glasses on the angular velocity, thesettling time of particles, etc., is created a mathematical model of the vertical rotor system. Therotor represents a round disk on which cups (vial) with a multiphase liquid are symmetricallysuspended. A particular case of a fixed rotor is considered. Nonlinear differential equations ofmotion of the suspension particle, which have no exact solution, are obtained. The research isconducted by analytical and numerical methods. The dependence of the slope angles of the tubesfrom the angular rotational speed of the rotor, sedimentation curves are obtained , which allowestimating the time of particle deposition and the effect of the particle size distribution on theseparation process. The results of this research work allow us to determine with sufficient accuracyall the necessary characteristics of the sedimentation working process, and also, in certain cases,it is possible to exclude the conduct of experimental work. The results of the work confirm thephysical meaning of the process, which can serve as a justification for the use and introduction ofthis mathematical model in industrial production.

Аннотация: This paper is devoted to a numerical study of defining of parameters of dynamical systems arisingin financial and economic problems. The importance of parameters that are difficult to measure isgreat, so defining them will help to make forecasts and a work plan for the future at the govern-mental level. An effective way to restore parameters is to solve the inverse problem. The methodof coefficient recovery using the algorithm of differential evolution, which was proposed by RainerStorn and Kenneth Price, is presented in this paper. On the example of solving the direct prob-lem of the mathematical model of neoclassical economic growth of Robert Solow and the resultsobtained, the inverse problem was solved and unknown parameters were determined. The Solowmodel is based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, taking into account labor, capital andexogenous neutral technical progress. Also, for further calculations, the economic model proposedby Mankiw-Romer-Weil based on the Solow model was considered, but with the addition of hu-man capital, where the number of variables and coefficients that need to be restored has alreadyincreasing. A direct problem was also solved, results were obtained that were applied in the algo-rithm of differential evolution for parameters recovery.

Аннотация: Adaptive generation of computational grids can improve the efficiency of mathematical model-ing by increasing the accuracy of numerical approximations. The paper describes a method forconstructing unstructured grids with adaptation based on differential methods. The applicationof these methods ensures a smooth distribution of the geometric characteristics of the grid, i.e.the appearance of adjacent cells that differ greatly in size and shape becomes unlikely. To achieveproper adaptation in unstructured grids we use the novel approach based on methodology of adap-tive structured grid construction. This approach uses the method of grid construction based onsolving inverted Beltrami equation to create mapping of some sample grid domain to the physicalarea. This mapping is used to construct point set on which the unstructured grid is constructedusing Delaunay triangulation method. Thus, the result is unstructured grid with proper adapta-tion. Adding fault and fractures or other structure elements may be supported by implementingconstrained Delaunay triangulation.
