Аннотация: В стaтье рaссмaтривaются подходы к оценке кaчествa предметно-прострaнственной рaзвивaющей среды в дошкольных оргaнизaциях обрaзовaния. В кaчестве методологической ос- новы исследовaния послужили теоретические положения, рaзрaботaнные В.А. Ясвиным. Кaчество предметно-прострaнственной среды измерено через фиксaцию комплексa условий, понимaемых кaк совокупность средовых возможностей для рaзвития ребенкa. Изучены диaгностические возможности методики ECERS-R в оценке кaчествa предметно-прострaнственной рaзвивaющей среды Кaрaгaндинского регионa. Внешнее оценивaние кaчествa предметно-прострaнственной рaзвивaющей среды нa примере Кaрaгaндинского регионa позволило выявить aктуaльное состоя- ние среды в дошкольных оргaнизaциях и тем сaмым создaть основу для устрaнения проблем и де- фицитов. Покaзaнa прaвомерность применения методики ECERS-R, aдaптировaнной российскими учеными, для оценки кaчествa дошкольного обрaзовaния в Кaзaхстaне. Дaнный диaгностический инструментaрий открывaет новые возможности для обеспечения функционaльности и эффек- тивности системы оценки кaчествa деятельности дошкольных оргaнизaций регионa

Аннотация: The increase of waste generation has been counted as a significant challenge to big cities worldwide and represents a critical issue for countries with high urbanization rate. The effective use of internet of Things and cloud computing is the way to change existing MSW management by developing an efficient cos-effective, and environmentally friendly solution for MSW collection and transportation system. In this paper an Io T-based reference model is described and a comparison analysis of the available solutions is presented with the goal to highlight the most relevant approaches.

Аннотация: The article discusses three methods for predicting network equipment failures and the impact of the data array of input controllers. The purpose of the article is to reveal the relevance of the approach proposed by the authors to the use of large-amount of data in the chosen method of machine learning and to make a comparative analysis of the final values with the works of other world researchers. In the first section, the authors analyze the work of scientists from the Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, noting the strengths and weaknesses of their method. In Section 2, the authors analyze the Holt-Winters method for developing algorithms for analyzing network traffic, which was applied by researchers from the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics. In section 3, the authors applied the method of random trees in the modeling of machine learning methods of Rapid Miner Studio. The authors have carried out work with a large amount of data, and a comparative analysis of the results of modeling the method. The importance of using large amounts of information to train a model of network equipment failure forecasts is proved. In the final section, the authors highlight the need to improve forecasting models for its further implementation in the working environment. Also, the authors emphasize that the two articles considered by international researchers are a special case, as well as their chosen method for predicting failures in the LAN system.

Аннотация: In the course of continuation of scientific research in the development of Kazakhstani technology for the production of trimanganese tetraoxide pigment, there have been proposed new methods of analysis which make it possible to investigate new nanostructural materials sourced from local deposits. The results obtained are of practical importance and serve as the foundation for developing new technologically advanced domestic production of a competitive product that is in demand both on the national and international markets. The available methods are not able to highlight the particularity and diversity of Kazakhstani manganese ores due to the uneven distribution of manganese minerals and host (waste) rock, the quantitative ratio of rock-forming components and their variation instability. Methods of energy-dispersive analysis of manganese ores from Kazakhstani Zhaksylyk and Bogach deposits have been put forward, electronic micrographs, spectrograms of samples, diagrams of normalized distribution of elements on the surface of samples have been obtained and a comparative analysis with raw analogue samples of some foreign manufacturers has been performed.
