Аннотация: As a result of studies it was found that the peloids of the deposit of Tuzkol Lake (Republic of Kazakhstan) are high quality medium-sulfide, weakly alkaline sludge muds. It was found that peloid-derived humic acid contains 49.63 % oxygen, 22.37% carbon, 9.65 % silicon and 6.26% calcium; it also contains Na, Mg, Al, Fe and an insignificant amount of S, Cl, K, F. Electron microscopy and IR spectroscopy analysis of the molecular structure of humic substances of peloids indicated that their macromolecule consists of framework olefinic and aromatic fragments with a substantial proportion of unoxidized aliphatic groups, as well as aromatic structures containing carboxyl groups. The findings of amperometric detection of the antioxidant properties of humic acids suggest that they have antioxidant activity, which will make it possible to use them as a biologically active substance for medicines.

Аннотация: Это исследование направлено на анализ ресурсов английского языка в средних школах на основе критериев оценки навыков чтения, изложенных в PISA. Он дает представление о соответствии этих ресурсов стандартам PISA, уделяя особое внимание когнитивным процессам, для понимания насколько материалы поддерживают или препятствуют развитию навыков мышления высокого поряд-ка, что необходимо для разработки эффективных образовательных стратегий. Для оценки материалов из банка ресурсов, созданных учителями в 21средних школах Казахстана, был использован анализ документов. Задания и тексты были проана-лизированы по форматам текстов, жанров и когнитивным процессам чтения, опи-санным в рамке PISA. Результаты исследования показывают, что наиболее часто используемым текстовым форматом является сплошной текст, при этом преобла-дают повествовательные и пояснительные тексты. Кроме того, большинство зада-ний в первую очередь направлены на понимание и интерпретацию информации. В целом, банк ресурсов английского языка в средней школе не в полной мере соответствует критериям PISA по навыкам чтения. Следовательно, рекомендуется провести дополнительную подготовку учителей для разработки заданий по чте-нию и текстов, соответствующих когнитивным областям PISA. This study aims to assess English language resources in secondary schools based on the reading skill criteria outlined by PISA. It offers insights into the alignment of these resources with PISA frameworks, focusing on cognitive processes to under-stand how these materials support or hinder higher-order thinking skills, which are essential for developing effective educational strategies. Document analysis was em-ployed to evaluate materials from English language resources created by teachers at 21 secondary schools in Kazakhstan. The tasks and texts were analyzed by text format, genre, and the cognitive processes outlined in the PISA reading framework. The find-ings reveal that the most frequently used text format is continuous text, with instruc-tional genres being predominant; narrative and explanatory texts were also included more often. Additionally, most tasks primarily focus on understanding and interpreting information, largely involving lower order thinking skills. Overall, the resources in sec-ondary school English language courses do not align fully with PISA reading skills crite-ria. Consequently, it is recommended that additional training be provided for teachers to develop reading tasks and texts that adhere to PISA’s cognitive domains.

Аннотация: Целью данного исследования является определение стилей лидерства, которые наиболее часто применяются среди лидеров в Казахстане, а также предоставление литературного обзора с данными о современных подходах к школьному лидерству. Основное внимание в исследовании уделено лидерству в школах Казахстана и применяемым подходам. Лидерство в образовании в Казахстане – это одна из самых перспективных новых областей в образовательной системе страны. В исследовании признается, что подход к школьному лидерству в Казахстане не соответствует какому-либо одному стилю, но предполагается, что его можно охарактеризовать как трансформационное. Благодаря данному обзору последних исследований читатели смогут лучше понять текущий уровень знаний по теме и определить области, требующие дальнейшего изучения. По поводу лидерства в образовании в Казахстане существует значительный информационный вакуум. Директора школ в Казахстане применяют различные стили лидерства, и в данном исследовании анализируется стиль лидерства через систематический литературный обзор. Исследование направлено на выявление типичных стилей лидерства и анализ их связи с региональными и международными образовательными целями и стандартами. Этот подход призван заполнить информационный вакуум и содействовать созданию более сильной и актуальной основы для школьного лидерства в Казахстане. The objectives of the present research are as follows: to determine the lead-ership styles which are most frequently applied among leaders in Kazakhstan and to provide a literature review containing the data on the contemporary approaches to school leadership. Research on school leadership in Kazakhstan and the approaches employed within is the primary emphasis. Leadership education in Kazakhstan is one of the most promising new areas in the country’s educational landscape. While the study acknowledges that the Kazakhstani school leadership approach defies the exact style, it suggests that it may be characterised as transformative. Readers will be able to better understand the topic’s current level of knowledge and identify where more study is needed due to this review of recent studies. Regarding educational leadership in Kazakhstan, there seems to be a considerable information vacuum. School directors in Kazakhstan employ a variety of leadership styles, and this research uses a systematic literature review to examine the style of leadership. Our research set out to identify typ-ical leadership styles and analyse their connections to regional and international edu-cational goals and benchmarks. This method seeks to fill the information vacuum and aid in the creation of a stronger and more applicable framework for school leadership in Kazakhstan.

Аннотация: В этой статье рассматриваются многогранные проблемы, связанные с повышением конкурентоспособности педагогов среднего образования посредством социального партнерства. Она начинается с изучения современного ландшафта педагогического образования, подчеркивая возрастание интеграции социальных партнеров в образовательных рамках для улучшения подготовки и развития учителей среднего образования. Во введении описывается важность балансировки различных факторов ввода, таких как образовательное образование, практический опыт, навыки, обратная связь заинтересованных сторон и технологическая компетентность. В методологии представлен комплексный подход к оценке конкурентоспособности учителей с использованием ряда методов оценки, включая тесты на компетентность, оценки производительности, опросы обратной связи, практические задания и оценки цифровой грамотности. Анализируя данные с помощью круговых диаграмм, авторы предлагают визуальное представление пропорционального влияния каждого фактора ввода и метода оценки на конкурентоспособность учителей среднего образования. В обсуждении рассматриваются последствия этих результатов, подчеркивается необходимость сбалансированного подхода к интеграции образовательных и практических компонентов в подготовке учителей среднего образования. Также рассматриваются проблемы стандартизации методов оценки и критическая роль технологической компетентности. Исследователи выступают за усиление социального партнерства для поддержки постоянного совершенствования и устранения пробелов в программах обучения учителей среднего образования. В заключении утверждается, что эффективное внедрение социального партнерства и диверсифицированный подход к оценке имеют важное значение для развития конкурентоспособных педагогов среднего образования. Объединяя последние исследования и передовой опыт, в этом исследовании представлены действенные рекомендации для образовательных учреждений по содействию более эффективной и отзывчивой среде обучения учителей среднего образования. This article explores the multifaceted challenges associated with improving the competitiveness of prospective educators through social partnerships. It begins with an examination of the contemporary landscape of teachers in the secondary ed-ucation, highlighting the growing importance of integrating social partnerships into educational frameworks to enhance secondary education teachers’ training and devel-opment. The introduction outlines the significance of balancing various input factors, such as educational background, practical experience, skills, stakeholders’ feedback, and technological proficiency. The methodology section presents a comprehensive ap-proach to assessing secondary education teachers’ competitiveness, utilizing a range of assessment methods including competency tests, performance evaluations, feed-back surveys, practical assignments, and digital literacy assessments. By analyzing data through pie charts, the study offers a visual representation of the proportional impact of assessment method on secondary teachers’ competitiveness. The discussion delves into the implications of these findings, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach in integrating educational and practical components into teacher training. It addresses the challenges of standardizing assessment methods and the critical role of techno-logical proficiency. The study advocates for enhanced social partnerships to support continuous improvement. In conclusion, the article asserts that effective implemen-tation of social partnerships and a diversified assessment approach are essential for developing competitive secondary educators.
