Аннотация: Последние достижения в области исследований микробных полисахаридов высветили их важность в разработке новых классов биоматериалов. Некоторые полисахариды микробного происхождения уже широко используются в различных медицинских приложениях, включая гиалуроновую кислоту, декстран, альгинат и склероглюкан. В последнее время значительное внимание уделяется бактериальной целлюлозе как перспективному и эффективному биополимеру. В этом исследовании, основанном на знании экологических ниш уксуснокислых бактерий, мы выделили целлюлозообразующие бактерии, используя плоды винограда различных сортов и чайный гриб. Были отобраны наиболее эффективные продуценты биоклеток и определены их биохимические свойства. Всего было получено 17 изолятов уксуснокислых бактерий и отобрано три штамма, способных продуцировать целлюлозную биопленку, которые были идентифицированы по прямой нуклеотидной последовательности фрагмента гена 16S рРНК и биохимическим свойствам.

Аннотация: The article is the result of many years of theoretical and experimental research on the problem of the formation of civil patriotic qualities in young people –the students who are the vanguard of Kazakhstan youth. Large – scale transformation taking place in the Republic of Kazakhstan are impossible without the transformation of public consciousness; the modernization of Kazakhstan society cannot be productive without the formation of a new type of personality. In this view, the upbringing of young citizens in the spirit of Kazakhstan patriotism, which is a new paradigm of the state ideology of the Republic, becomes especially urgent. Students shall possess not only professional knowledge but also the knowledge of democracy foundation and skills of civil activity to become responsible and active citizens. The author’s concept is based on the activity axiological approach that relies on the unity oh three components: cognitive, value- motivational, and socially active. The proposed model includes forms, methods, means, and stages of organization of educational work, as well as the criteria for civil patriotic education of future specialists.

Аннотация: Professions differ from trade associations and trade unions in that their activities commit to the public interest before their own interests. As a result of increasing number of scandals large firms of accountants are more seen as "businesses", mainly interested in making profits rather than being altruistic and serving in public interests. However, the main activities of accountants are to present and report financial information to its users in a way that is relatively easy to understand and to operate in the public interest in terms of its accountability, transparency, fairness and equity. Besides, organizations are also responsible for the social and environmental effects of their economic actions. It is important for professionals to be sensitive to ethical issues, to be able to identify and recognize ethical issues when they arise and theh make moral reasoning judgements in order to resolve these issues. As companies face more complex intangible risks from creative accounting to cyber threats and breaches of conduct risk management is growing from defending the balance sheet to supporting ethics and decision making based on shared core values. Many of modern enterprises scandals, disasters are due to different failures because of short-term oriented strategies and less care about ethics. The degree of failure depends on the complexity of the system; however, human failings are the basis.
