The learning process provides training in a number of specific skills for having a comprehensive approach to organizing and implementing cognitive, theoretical and practical activity, while providing opportunities for learners to acquire and apply various forms of activity and actions which contribute to improve the efficiency and quality of learning, the learner’s competitive ability as well as to intensify the learning process. Аннотация: The main task of education is to prepare high-quality specialists, who will be able to realize themselves in the labor market. In this connection, there is the reform of education and introduced technical innovations. However, teaching system is traditional – the teacher transfers the knowledge to students. This approach reduces the student's interest in the educational process and the creative thinking is not forming. In this regard, it is necessary to introduce the principle of a research-training program, in which the student will search for a solution. This will enable the student to expand scientific horizons, to develop research activities and creative thinking. Therefore, this article provides two main methodologies of research training. Achieving this goal requires scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, summarized experience of domestic and foreign scientists on the considered issues. The first type of research training is a problem-based learning. This method is based on the use of heuristic methods and consists of eight terms. Problem-based learning can be used as part of a class, subject or all academic course. The second type of research training is the discussion. Discussion involves conferences, debates, forums and symposiums. Thus, students will be able to solve the problems collectively, exchange ideas and to learn how to work in a team. Thus, the research training can increase students’ motivation to raise their success level and develop the necessary personal and professional skills.

Аннотация: Objective of the paper – analysis of onomasiologic characteristics as components of onomasiologic models of univerbs with so called complex structure. Object of the analysis – univerbalizing processes in their diversity. Subject of the study – complexstructure univerbs determined as verbal implementations of nominathemes of “word combination + elliptic univerb” type. They are formed according to univerbal model which essence is as follows: interrupted double-rooted (complex-structure) stem of dependent component of initial word combination imitates generative stem; major component is included semantically in univerbalizing affix. The paper applies both descriptive and structural approaches. Result of the study is to describe models of modification of univerbs, and determination of processes following the modification. Typology of onomasiologic models of complex-structure univerbs is a basis for relevant formation and description of onomasiologic category of the units being studied on the one part, and characterization of features of onomasiologic structure on the other part. Implementation of the study results may take shape in dictionary of Russian language univerbs making.

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a composite measurement of life expectancy, education, and income per capita indicators, which are used to rank countries into four tiers of human development. A country has got higher HDI score, when the life expectancy at birth is longer, the education period is longer, and the income per capita is higher. Therefore human development index (HDI) discusses the measurement of human development based on the three main dimensions such as longevity, knowledge, and standard of living. In this paper, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to evaluate the HD for the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The aim of this paper is to provide complementary information for efficiency measure of HD in ECOWAS countries
