Аннотация: High quality professional training in accordance with the principles of outcome-based approach depends on the learning outcomes students are expected to achieve upon graduation from the educational program. However, the definition of a set of core competencies is just one of the steps that have to be fulfilled, but not enough for successful achievement of intended learning out-comes by the students. The paper considers the role of teaching and learning methods in designing and implementing of educational programs.Flipped Learning is becoming a well-known pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves consistently from the group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter.Education of the next generation of practitioners that will creatively implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) by 2030 requires the complete rethinking by the educator how to do the job being done on a certain way for years. The flipped classroom model addresses how students learn best and become more engaged. Discussions and hands-on activities tend to keep students’ interest. While educators work with students directly as they explore the concepts they’re learning in class, they can provide immediate feedback that helps students improve their learning as they go.The students pursuing the SDG’s creative engagement in classrooms become better at taking the lead on finding valuable resources and pursuing learning their own way using the flipped learning. This approach explores a specific challenge in the development of education and practice.

Аннотация: This paper is devoted to a numerical study of defining of parameters of dynamical systems arisingin financial and economic problems. The Solowmodel is based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, taking into account labor, capital andexogenous neutral technical progress. Also, for further calculations, the economic model proposedby Mankiw-Romer-Weil based on the Solow model was considered, but with the addition of hu-man capital, where the number of variables and coefficients that need to be restored has alreadyincreasing. A direct problem was also solved, results were obtained that were applied in the algo-rithm of differential evolution for parameters recovery.

Аннотация: The article presents experimental results obtained by studying the magnetoresistance of n-type silicon with an electron concentration of. nе=3,1-1013см-3 in the temperature range of 77.4-300K.There is a negative longitudinal magnetoresistance due to the redistribution of electrons between thevalleys. Experimental results are compared with existing theories and a good agreement is obtained bothquantitatively and qualitatively. At H=350 kE, the energy gap between the lowest Landau subzones is 7 MeV.These experimental results obtained in n-type silicon clearly demonstrate the reliability of the mechanismof negative magnetoresistance caused, indeed, by the pumping of current carriers between the valleys of theconduction band, shifting along the energy scale in a quantizing magnetic field at different speeds. The isenergetic surface of the bottom of the silicon conduction band consists of six ellipsoids located on the mainaxes of the cube, which causes anisotropy of the effective mass and relaxation time. The latter determines thefeatures of galvanomagnetic effects. Especially magnetoresistance is the most sensitive to the anisotropy ofthe is energetic surface. The influence of the latter on magnetoresistance is most clearly revealed in the regionof strong magnetic fields, where magnetoresistance is saturated.

Аннотация: The article proposes methods for the extraction of lead and zinc from slag waste and selects the optimal method for the selective extraction of zinc and lead oxides from dust and slags of lead production. During the movement of lead slag in the furnace drum and the burning of the torch, lead and zinc are more completely extracted from the dust-like material, where the transporting object is compressed air, and the purified flue gas after the gas is further purified by means of a smoke pump is released into the atmosphere.

Аннотация: It has been established that lNH2SO4 solution and distilled water can be used as a protective medium for a long-term storage (30-40 days) of thallium amalgam of eutectic composition (8.6 mas.%), without sliming of its surface and an insignificant change of its concentration. An inverse dependence between the decomposition reaction rate and the ratio of the solution volume per unit of the contact surface (V:S), which corresponds to the height of the liquid layer (h) above the amalgam, is observed. At h ~ 2.5 cm and higher, the reaction rate becomes stabilized. The value of metal loss during its storage for 10-15 days does not exceed 0.5-1.0 mas.% of the initial thallium content in the amalgam. It has been shown that the rate of dissolution of thallium from amalgam is rather low, and in sulfuric acid solution it is only slightly higher than that in water with all S:V ratios. A similar picture is observed upon thallium amalgam decomposition in the same media in an open vessel; the difference consists only in a higher K value (Table 4). Thus, with S:V = 1:2.5, in an open vessel K in lNH2SO4 makes up 10,5.1011 mol/cm2.sec, and in H2O – 7.3.1011 mol/cm2.sec, whereas in a closed vessel K in lNH2SO4 makes up 1,9.1011 mol/cm2.sec, and in H2O – 1.5.1011 mol/cm2.sec. For 40 days of thallium amalgam (8.54 mas.%) storage in 1NH2SO4 the loss of thallium has been 1.3 mas.%, and in the distilled water - 1 mas.%. The quantity of the dissolved metal increases in proportion to the experiment duration, which is characteristic for a zero-order reaction, and this dependence is observed for all S:V ratios from 1:1 to 1:7. Besides, a possibility to use some saturated hydrocarbons, wherein no sliming of thallium amalgam occurs, as a protective wash liquid has been shown.

Аннотация: Целью данного исследования является определение стилей лидерства, которые наиболее часто применяются среди лидеров в Казахстане, а также предоставление литературного обзора с данными о современных подходах к школьному лидерству. Основное внимание в исследовании уделено лидерству в школах Казахстана и применяемым подходам. Лидерство в образовании в Казахстане – это одна из самых перспективных новых областей в образовательной системе страны. В исследовании признается, что подход к школьному лидерству в Казахстане не соответствует какому-либо одному стилю, но предполагается, что его можно охарактеризовать как трансформационное. Благодаря данному обзору последних исследований читатели смогут лучше понять текущий уровень знаний по теме и определить области, требующие дальнейшего изучения. По поводу лидерства в образовании в Казахстане существует значительный информационный вакуум. Директора школ в Казахстане применяют различные стили лидерства, и в данном исследовании анализируется стиль лидерства через систематический литературный обзор. Исследование направлено на выявление типичных стилей лидерства и анализ их связи с региональными и международными образовательными целями и стандартами. Этот подход призван заполнить информационный вакуум и содействовать созданию более сильной и актуальной основы для школьного лидерства в Казахстане. The objectives of the present research are as follows: to determine the lead-ership styles which are most frequently applied among leaders in Kazakhstan and to provide a literature review containing the data on the contemporary approaches to school leadership. Research on school leadership in Kazakhstan and the approaches employed within is the primary emphasis. Leadership education in Kazakhstan is one of the most promising new areas in the country’s educational landscape. While the study acknowledges that the Kazakhstani school leadership approach defies the exact style, it suggests that it may be characterised as transformative. Readers will be able to better understand the topic’s current level of knowledge and identify where more study is needed due to this review of recent studies. Regarding educational leadership in Kazakhstan, there seems to be a considerable information vacuum. School directors in Kazakhstan employ a variety of leadership styles, and this research uses a systematic literature review to examine the style of leadership. Our research set out to identify typ-ical leadership styles and analyse their connections to regional and international edu-cational goals and benchmarks. This method seeks to fill the information vacuum and aid in the creation of a stronger and more applicable framework for school leadership in Kazakhstan.

Аннотация: Целью данного исследования является определение стилей лидерства, которые наиболее часто применяются среди лидеров в Казахстане, а также предоставление литературного обзора с данными о современных подходах к школьному лидерству. Основное внимание в исследовании уделено лидерству в школах Казахстана и применяемым подходам. Лидерство в образовании в Казахстане – это одна из самых перспективных новых областей в образовательной системе страны. В исследовании признается, что подход к школьному лидерству в Казахстане не соответствует какому-либо одному стилю, но предполагается, что его можно охарактеризовать как трансформационное. Благодаря данному обзору последних исследований читатели смогут лучше понять текущий уровень знаний по теме и определить области, требующие дальнейшего изучения. По поводу лидерства в образовании в Казахстане существует значительный информационный вакуум. Директора школ в Казахстане применяют различные стили лидерства, и в данном исследовании анализируется стиль лидерства через систематический литературный обзор. Исследование направлено на выявление типичных стилей лидерства и анализ их связи с региональными и международными образовательными целями и стандартами. Этот подход призван заполнить информационный вакуум и содействовать созданию более сильной и актуальной основы для школьного лидерства в Казахстане. The objectives of the present research are as follows: to determine the lead-ership styles which are most frequently applied among leaders in Kazakhstan and to provide a literature review containing the data on the contemporary approaches to school leadership. Research on school leadership in Kazakhstan and the approaches employed within is the primary emphasis. Leadership education in Kazakhstan is one of the most promising new areas in the country’s educational landscape. While the study acknowledges that the Kazakhstani school leadership approach defies the exact style, it suggests that it may be characterised as transformative. Readers will be able to better understand the topic’s current level of knowledge and identify where more study is needed due to this review of recent studies. Regarding educational leadership in Kazakhstan, there seems to be a considerable information vacuum. School directors in Kazakhstan employ a variety of leadership styles, and this research uses a systematic literature review to examine the style of leadership. Our research set out to identify typ-ical leadership styles and analyse their connections to regional and international edu-cational goals and benchmarks. This method seeks to fill the information vacuum and aid in the creation of a stronger and more applicable framework for school leadership in Kazakhstan.
