Аннотация: High quality professional training in accordance with the principles of outcome-based approach depends on the learning outcomes students are expected to achieve upon graduation from the educational program. However, the definition of a set of core competencies is just one of the steps that have to be fulfilled, but not enough for successful achievement of intended learning out-comes by the students. The paper considers the role of teaching and learning methods in designing and implementing of educational programs.Flipped Learning is becoming a well-known pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves consistently from the group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter.Education of the next generation of practitioners that will creatively implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) by 2030 requires the complete rethinking by the educator how to do the job being done on a certain way for years. The flipped classroom model addresses how students learn best and become more engaged. Discussions and hands-on activities tend to keep students’ interest. While educators work with students directly as they explore the concepts they’re learning in class, they can provide immediate feedback that helps students improve their learning as they go.The students pursuing the SDG’s creative engagement in classrooms become better at taking the lead on finding valuable resources and pursuing learning their own way using the flipped learning. This approach explores a specific challenge in the development of education and practice.

Аннотация: Mining a cryptocurrency is profitable on someone’s resources. It is becoming increasing problemin the enterprise to control the operations of its infrastructure while in idle or “off-work” time. Inthis paper we present enterprise security assessment framework for cryptocurrency mining basedon Monero cryptocurrency. The framework consists from surveying power consumption on GPUmining farms and traditional desktop PCs, analysis of web resources for browser-based miningon both internal and external domain names, the handy network logs analysis tool based on theregular expressions. While there had been significant difference between GPU and traditionaldesktop PC’s power consumption, computational ratio of the idle PCs after working time remainsquestionable. In the browser-based cryptocurrency mining, there were no data on public domains,however there had been a possibility for using the private domain names, thus further researchand different tools are required. In the network analysis, there were not enough evidences on thenetwork mining, and this leads to the different research question that attackers may use proxytechniques to bypass traffic filtering and network analysis.

Аннотация: The electrochemical properties of the cupronickel electrode polarized by an alternating current in an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid were studied for the first time. The electrochemical dissolution of cupronickel was carried out in a polarization mode with a frequency of 50 Hz in pairs with a titanium electrode. The current efficiency of dissolution of Cu-Ni alloys dependence on the current density at the titanium (20-120 kA/m2) and cupronickel (200-1200 A/m2) electrodes, the concentration of a hydrochloric acid solution (0.5-5.0 M), the electrolysis duration (0.5-1.75 h) and the alternating current effect (50-300 Hz) were considered. It was observed that the current efficiency of the alloy dissolution decreases linearly with increasing current density at the cupronickel electrode, while the current density at the titanium electrode passes through a maximum value at 60 kA/m2.

Аннотация: The nature of the anion electrolyte affects the rate of copper anodic oxidation, while the process occurs more efficiently in solutions of sulfate and sodium chloride and is accompanied by significant polarisation. Based on the study of kinetics the possibility of obtaining powders of metal oxide was shown, which further allowed to determine the parameters of the electrolysis process in non-stationary conditions in order to obtain highly dispersed materials based on copper oxides with specific physico-chemical properties.

Аннотация: it is shown that additions of montmorillonite in the Na form contribute to a significant increase in the crushing strength of granules of cracking catalysts while maintaining their activity in the yield of gasoline. Comparison of the results of the cracking of vacuum gas oil on catalysts of the same composition, but with and without a NaMM binder, showed that the introduction of NaMM does not significantly affect the gasoline yield. Samples of catalysts of the same composition, but with the use of Al-pillared MM in Na-and CaNa-exchangeable forms and with the addition of NaMM as a binder, showed similar activity in the yield of gasoline, which is explained by the similarity of the elemental compositions, textural and acidic properties of the studied catalysts. The maximum yield of gasoline, equal to 44.8% and light gas oil of 14.6%, was obtained for Al (2.5) CaNaHMM + NaMM with the addition of a binder and crushing strength of 60-70 N / cm2.

While studies of world practices cast doubt on the effectiveness of individual tools of the “ideological field”, it is pertinent to study the narrative base of the PVE in the states of Central Asia that has been developed over the past decade . In this article, based on the study of key documents that determine the activities of the governments of the region in this direction, key narratives are highlighted. The comparative analysis of country-specific approaches made it possible to develop recommendations for the further development of the policy for the formulation of PVE narratives

Аннотация: С быстрым развитием новых технологий в образовании внедряются различные программы для совершенствования подготовки педагогов. Педагогическая практика является самой важной частью учебного процесса в подготовке квалифицированных учителей. Она играет ключевую роль в обеспечении будущих педагогов важными профессиональными компетенциями. Данное исследование направлено на сравнение педагогической практики в странах, которые продемонстрировали высокие результаты на экзамене PISA 2022 года с тем, как она проводится в Казахстане. Для достижения этой цели был использован феноменологический дизайн, относящийся к методам качественных исследований. В рамках данного исследовательского подхода были собраны данные о том, как функционируют системы подготовки учителей и как организуется педагогическая практика в 17 странах. В процессе сбора данных использовались первичные и вторичные источники, а также официальные отчёты. Для анализа данных применялся описательный сравнительный контент-анализ. Согласно результатам исследования, страны, добившиеся успеха на экзамене PISA 2022 года, внедрили как обязательные, так и факультативные формы педагогической практики. Выявлено, что педагогическая практика в Казахстане осуществляется в рамках модели профессиональных школ развития, тогда как в других странах используются другие модели практической подготовки. Также было установлено, что процесс подготовки учителей и время, выделяемое на педагогическую практику, варьируются от страны к стране. На основании результатов анализа разработаны рекомендации по организации педагогической практики в университетах Казахстана. With the rapid development of new technologies, different programs are be-ing implemented in education to develop the teaching profession. Teaching practicum is the most essential part of the teaching process in training qualified teachers. Teach-ing practicum plays a major role in providing pre-service teachers with the most im-portant professional competencies. The study aims to compare the teaching practicum of countries that performed well on the 2022 PISA exam to how teaching practicum works in Kazakhstan’s education system and the process and application elements. The phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used to achieve this aim. Within the relevant research design scope, data were collected on how teach-er training systems and teaching practicums of 17 countries were processed. Primary and secondary sources and official reports were used in the data collection process. Descriptive comparative content analysis was applied in the analysis of the data. Ac-cording to the research results, countries that were successful in the 2022 PISA exam implemented both compulsory and optional teaching practicums. It is seen that teach-ing practicum in Kazakhstan is carried out according to the professional development schools model, while different practice models are used around the world. Additionally, it has been determined that the teacher training process and the time allocated to teaching practicum vary from country to country. Within the scope of these results, basic recommendations on teaching practicums at universities in Kazakhstan are pre-sented.
