Аннотация: High quality professional training in accordance with the principles of outcome-based approach depends on the learning outcomes students are expected to achieve upon graduation from the educational program. However, the definition of a set of core competencies is just one of the steps that have to be fulfilled, but not enough for successful achievement of intended learning out-comes by the students. The paper considers the role of teaching and learning methods in designing and implementing of educational programs.Flipped Learning is becoming a well-known pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves consistently from the group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter.Education of the next generation of practitioners that will creatively implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) by 2030 requires the complete rethinking by the educator how to do the job being done on a certain way for years. The flipped classroom model addresses how students learn best and become more engaged. Discussions and hands-on activities tend to keep students’ interest. While educators work with students directly as they explore the concepts they’re learning in class, they can provide immediate feedback that helps students improve their learning as they go.The students pursuing the SDG’s creative engagement in classrooms become better at taking the lead on finding valuable resources and pursuing learning their own way using the flipped learning. This approach explores a specific challenge in the development of education and practice.

Аннотация: Adaptive generation of computational grids can improve the efficiency of mathematical model-ing by increasing the accuracy of numerical approximations. This mapping is used to construct point set on which the unstructured grid is constructedusing Delaunay triangulation method. Thus, the result is unstructured grid with proper adapta-tion. Adding fault and fractures or other structure elements may be supported by implementingconstrained Delaunay triangulation.

Сделанная, лабораторная работа по исследованию процессов явления молекулярной физики и теплофизики очень эффективна при освоении данного курса, а технология создания виртуально-интерактивной лаборатории описанной в данной статье, очень актуальна для создания аналогичных виртуально-интерактивных лаборатории(ВИЛ) по другим предметам. Данная виртуально- интерактивная лабораторная разработка внедрена в учебный процесс Евразийского технологического университета и успешно применяется в обучении.

В mRNA многих кандидатных генов различных заболеваний выявлены одиночные сайты связывания miRNA и кластеры сайтов связывания miRNA в 5'UTR, CDS и 3'UTR mRNA. В mRNA генов транскрипционных факторов обнаружены полисайты связывания miRNA которые кодируют олигопеп¬тиды в составе белков. Анализируются взаимодействие miRNA с mRNA кандидатных генов, участвующих в сердечно-сосудистых, онкологических и нейродегенеративных заболеваниях. Обсуждаются свойства уни¬кальных miRNA имеющих сайты связывания в mRNA нескольких сот генов. Рассмотрены особенности взаи¬модействия mRNA с miRNA в составе комплекса RISC. Обсуждается роль miRNA в регуляции экспрессии генов и генома посредством взаимодействия генов с участием miRNA хозяйских генов. Предложена гипо¬теза регуляции экспрессии генов и геномов с участием miRNA. Показана роль miRNA как интегрирующей системы взаиморегуляции экспрессии генов в клетке и организме.

Аннотация: Customer reviews are the key to the success functionality for the companies. A producer will gain the true result of his products from the customer feedback. What should the seller do to achieve good quality for his product? Just by looking at the stars and reading the usual text, the seller will not be able to improve their product well enough, because different people can understand the same text in different ways. That’s why, the seller can improve the wrong part of their product and make their product worse. Sentimental analysis can be applied here. He can make necessary changes to his product according to the feedback. However, it is common to see when most client may inadequately overestimate or underestimate the mark. To avoid the confusion, it is better to analyze the text. This paper focus on the sentiment feedback analysis and finding the relationship between reviews and ratings on the basis of data collected from ”Kaspi.kz” marketplace. These data streams are cleaned and analyzed and reviews is got through opinion mining. We used several algorithms to find the best one. The experiments have shown 92% accuracy in the sentimental analysis

Аннотация: Customer reviews are the key to the success functionality for the companies. A producer will gain the true result of his products from the customer feedback. What should the seller do to achieve good quality for his product? Just by looking at the stars and reading the usual text, the seller will not be able to improve their product well enough, because different people can understand the same text in different ways. That’s why, the seller can improve the wrong part of their product and make their product worse. Sentimental analysis can be applied here. He can make necessary changes to his product according to the feedback. However, it is common to see when most client may inadequately overestimate or underestimate the mark. To avoid the confusion, it is better to analyze the text. This paper focus on the sentiment feedback analysis and finding the relationship between reviews and ratings on the basis of data collected from ”Kaspi.kz” marketplace. These data streams are cleaned and analyzed and reviews is got through opinion mining. We used several algorithms to find the best one. The experiments have shown 92% accuracy in the sentimental analysis
