Аннотация: The book is published by the Association of Environmental Orgaizations of Kazakhstan" ALE with the financial support of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Kazakhstan. The contents of this publication reflect the views of the authors and do not necessarily coincide with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. The book is a comprehensive training material on the subject of "environmental policy". Great attention is paid to the development of new schemes and concepts, analysis of domestic and foreign experience in this area.
