Аннотация: В данной работе рассматриваются аспекты, касающиеся формированию профессиональной правовой компетентности в ходе образовательного процесса подготовки бакалавров инженерно-технического профиля. Современный специалист должен быть не только профессионально грамотным, но и социально компетентным, а ещё часто – юридически грамотным, уметь организовывать, руководить и самому подчиняться, разрешать конфликты и принимать решения в рамках существующей законодательной базы и т.д. Для этого специалисту необходимо знать законодательные и иные нормативно-правовые акты, уметь эффективно применять их в практической профессиональной деятельности. Цель исследования: определить сущность и свойства структурных компонентов формирования правовой компетентности бакалавров в процессе профессионального обучения. При решении частных задач теоретического исследования были комплексно использованы такие методы, как анализ методологической, философской, социологической, психологической, педагогической литературы по проблеме исследования, изучение законодательных и нормативно-правовых документов о высшем образовании и функционировании учреждений технической сферы, синтез и обобщение полученной информации по предмету исследований. Раскрываются структура правовой компетентности, а также объективные и субъективные свойства правовой компетентности. Правовая компетентность представляется как сложное, интегративное образование, состоящее из комплекса знаний, умений, навыков и личностных качеств будущего бакалавра инженерно- технических специальностей. Более того, содержание правовых знаний должно быть адекватно профессиональной деятельности будущего бакалавра и только при соблюдении этого условия эти знания будут способствовать развитию его правовой компетентности

Аннотация: В статье рассмотрены пути формирования политической культуры студентов на основе политических текстов. В исследовании внимание уделяется развитию политической культуры молодежи на основе политических текстов которые выполняют следующие функции: информирование, убеждение и идеология. Формирование политической культуры молодежи играет особую роль, так как развитие профессиональной компетенции должно развиваться наряду с культурной подготовкой будущих специалистов. Анализ информативной функции политических текстов позволило обнаружить развитие политического сознания и кумулятивного процесса накопления знаний. А последующее рассмотрение функции убеждения раскрыло то, как могут улучшится навыки решения проблем, а также соблюдения политкорректности и правильной идеологии у обучающихся. Особое внимание было уделено функциям информирования и убеждения, так как ведущей целью политического текста является осведомление и убеждение. Достаточное развитие двух упомянутых функций могут побудить студентов к третьей функции (мобилизация), к самостоятельным действиям и поступкам.

Аннотация: The thirty-year history of Kazakhstan's independence is distinguished not only by socio-economic development, but also by foreign policy. Аннотация: The technology for developing critical thinking through reading and writing is a set of special methods and strategies that allow students to create an educational process that allows them to act independently and consciously to achieve their goals. The use of technology for the development of critical thinking in English lessons contributes to the development of skills in working with different types of information sources, allows a student to more easily and more successfully assimilate the necessary knowledge, and form their own position. The article examines the three stages of the development of critical thinking through reading and writing, various methods are proposed that contribute to the development of this type of thinking. The authors consider this technology as a means of student development and the formation of their communicative competence.

The article examines the three stages of the development of critical thinking through reading and writing, various methods are proposed that contribute to the development of this type of thinking. The authors consider this technology as a means of student development and the formation of their communicative competence.
