Аннотация: In the history of mankind there are names that never stop to excite the minds and hearts of more and more generations. Interest in them is so much deep, that sometimes even forgotten how long they lived and worked. One and a half centuries have passed since the death of Byron, but his name is always close and dear to those for whom noble and brave deeds have value, who understand the high and beautiful feelings of the fighters for the national independence and freedom of peoples, the tireless activity of thinkers and enlighteners who affirm the victory of the mind over ignorance. The creativity of Byron was uniquely innovative, his poetry entered the in history of world literature as an outstanding phenomenon.

Аннотация: The article deals with published materials of the newspaper "Kazakh tili" as a source on the history of socio-economic development of the Kazakh society, which were published in 1919-1928 years. Semey. Аннотация: The thirty-year history of Kazakhstan's independence is distinguished not only by socio-economic development, but also by foreign policy. For Kazakhstan, which has chosen its path of development as an independent state, foreign policy has become an important component of state policy. Since the formation of the state strategy of its development path, foreign policy has acquired a multi-vector character. Cooperation with the European Union, as the most important integration Union of the world, occupies a special place in Kazakhstan's multi-vector foreign policy. The article analyzes the necessity, the history of the formation and ways of implementing cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union. The significance of Kazakhstan for the European Union will also be differentiated. The place of this cooperation in modern global development is determined.

Императора и закончил его с дипломом первой степени, а также подготовил кандидатскую работу по теме «Основная постановления киргиз-казакского обычного права и народный суд, как орган их примерение»,из Московского Центрального государственного архива через 114 лет были изъяты копии и добавлены в исторический оборот, краткое содержание научных трудов 23-летней Жаханши, молодой человек высказывает искренние мысли о последствиях колониального гнета того времени и путях его замены в будущем. Кроме того, деятельность Жаханши Досмухамедова делится на три этапа (1911-1917гг.).), (1917-1920 гг.)), (1920-1938 гг.).
