All of them are widely used in educational work of teachers at different levels, from children's music school and special secondary educational institutions (music colleges and colleges of Arts), and in fact, directly in university system of high musical education. В кредитной системе по специальностям искусства (Бакалавр) индивидуальный подход не нов. Существует многолетний опыт различных отдельных методов в области искусства. Все они широко используются в воспитательной работе учителей разных уровнях детских музыкальных школ и средних специальных учебных заведений (музыкальных училищ и колледжей искусств) и непосредственно в университетской системе высшего музыкального образования.

The learning process provides training in a number of specific skills for having a comprehensive approach to organizing and implementing cognitive, theoretical and practical activity, while providing opportunities for learners to acquire and apply various forms of activity and actions which contribute to improve the efficiency and quality of learning, the learner’s competitive ability as well as to intensify the learning process. This article examined the concepts and essence of educational Internet resources, what criteria teachers should follow when choosing Internet resources, what features of using a foreign language with the help of Internet resources should be considered. This article deals with the phenomenon of globalization of education, which entailed the significant influence of the Internet and computer technology on the methodology of teaching English during the pandemic. It also describes modern ideas and trends of foreign colleagues in teaching a foreign language. Furthermore, this work outlines the types of Internet resources that can be used in teaching a foreign language at the present stage of education. The Internet is a huge source of information about the language being studied, the culture and traditions of a foreign language, its realities and characteristics. The information technology has played an important role in English language teaching and it has offered a better tool to explore the new teaching method. The purpose of the article is the use of information technology in increasing the effectiveness of teaching English, developing students' creative abilities at English lеssons. There given various available online tools in the Internet for the students and recommend the mоdern tools for English teachers.

Аннотация: The article examines the rule of Zhangir Khan in the Bukeev Horde. Opening of shopping establishments in Uyala and Shop-Shagyl district. Trade fairs in the khanate have expanded over time, and the proportion of representatives of different linguistic peoples has increased accordingly. Various trade relations were established here, steppe nomads and urban population, cattle breeders and farmers, village blacksmiths, experienced merchants and shepherds who did not understand trade, manufactories, steppe Shonzhars, Tatars, Cossacks and Russian peasants clashed and traded. Zhangir Khan paid great attention to the legal course of the fair and strictly regulated the sphere of trade by rules. Due to the fact that multinational peoples gathered at the fair for trade, and that there was no theft, mounted Cossacks were put on guard and a special bazaar was appointed for the fair. In addition, the quality of goods at the fair was checked, the correctness of the scales, the goods were certified, and the entry of merchants who arrived at the fair without documents was prohibited.

However, with increasing competition from banks and other non - banking institutions, the importance of the investment portfolio as an alternative that provides additional sources of income, provides liquidity, provides diversification of placements and reduces risk exposure is growing. Banks have a wide range of investment strategies at their disposal, which they can combine depending on their investment goals and risk aversion, such as passive and active strategy, ladder strategy, weight strategy etc. The aim of this article is to present the importance of the investment portfolio in commercial banks.

Аннотация: The purpose of foreign language teaching is to cultivate students' comprehensive foreign language application ability, especially their listening and speaking ability. Its core is to enhance students' intercultural communicative competence and highlight the practicality of foreign languages. This article first introduces the concept of intercultural communication. Secondly, it discusses the problems in the cultivation of students' intercultural communicative competence during foreign language learning. Finally, it puts forward the ways to cultivate students' intercultural communication competence under the background of modern information technology which require the need to further improve the system of teaching intercultural communicative competence in the course of teaching a foreign language, where the main trends should be internationalization, the introduction of advanced methods and information technologies, various academic mobility programs, new educational materials and manuals, the implementation of joint international and educational projects, etc.

Аннотация: The topic of this article is the consideration of methodological, communicative and cognitive possibilities inherent in the discussion as a form of educational work in the process of developing foreign language communicative competence in teaching a foreign language based on innovative technology of educational cooperation. The authors analyze the essential features of the discussion form of communication, its forms and varieties based on various criteria, signs and target orientation, the advantages and advantages of discussion forms over traditional ones in teaching foreign language and their psychological and methodological justification. In concrete terms, the use of educational discussion in a foreign language lesson significantly contributes to the development of significant communication skills and abilities, which include: performing a communicative act, convincing argumentation and defending the speaker's own position, adequate perception of the interlocutor's speech, the ability to concisely and substantially express thoughts in the foreign language being studied.
