Аннотация: В статье рассматривается современное состояние ихтиофауны в озерных системах и предлагаются способы повышения производительности в будущем. Одним из ключевых вопросов для эффективного использования озер является качество посадки рыбы и было установлено, что в результате селекционных работ можно обеспечить озерные системы ремонтно-маточных стадами и внедряя обязательно в производство качественных жизнестойких видов особей. Овраги канала вблизи городов Кошар и Тастак в Приаралье являются благоприятным местом для разведения рыбы. Поэтому здесь сосредоточено 34 водохранилища на 224 гектарах территории, чтобы увеличить поголовье скота и количество живых организмов в море. Рыба, пойманная из этих водоемов, должна подвергаться биометрическим измерениям

Аннотация: The article studies the problem of organizing future teachers' pedagogical practice in the context of dual training. The authors reveal the essence, advantages, and experience of implementing dual training in Germany. The article analyze the experience of implementing dual training in Kazakhstan, using the example of technical education. The authors discuss the possibility of introducing dual training in the system of professional training of future teachers. They analyze the historical experience of school-university cooperation in Kazakhstan in the 1970-1980s and provide a view on the current state of the problem using the example of the “network interaction” in the Russian Federation. The authors define the ways to introduce the elements of dual training and share the experience of introducing continuous pedagogical practice based on duality at the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University. Based on the available data, the authors determine the conditions for the synthesis of educational and educational processes at school, which can significantly expand the professional mobility of a future teacher. The authors also outline the problems of organizing such a synthesis that should be addressed at the level of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Аннотация: The paper analyses the existing calculation methods for steam turbine condenser. The refined methods for calculating the condencer have also been considered. The dependency of the vapor pressure in the condenser on the temperature of the cooling water and the steam flow rate into the condenser have been considered. It can be seen from the obtained dependencies that the calculation of the condenser according to the ARTI and HEI methods coincides with the passport data. It is recommended to use the ARTI and HEI technigues for eguipment diagnostics and to use the KTP and USTU -UPI technigues when studying ways to increase the efficiency of the condenser. The mathematical model of the KG2-6200 condenser has been tested at the Almaty CHPP-2.

In this paper an Io T-based reference model is described and a comparison analysis of the available solutions is presented with the goal to highlight the most relevant approaches.

Аннотация: Professions differ from trade associations and trade unions in that their activities commit to the public interest before their own interests. As a result of increasing number of scandals large firms of accountants are more seen as "businesses", mainly interested in making profits rather than being altruistic and serving in public interests. However, the main activities of accountants are to present and report financial information to its users in a way that is relatively easy to understand and to operate in the public interest in terms of its accountability, transparency, fairness and equity. Besides, organizations are also responsible for the social and environmental effects of their economic actions. It is important for professionals to be sensitive to ethical issues, to be able to identify and recognize ethical issues when they arise and theh make moral reasoning judgements in order to resolve these issues. As companies face more complex intangible risks from creative accounting to cyber threats and breaches of conduct risk management is growing from defending the balance sheet to supporting ethics and decision making based on shared core values. Many of modern enterprises scandals, disasters are due to different failures because of short-term oriented strategies and less care about ethics. The degree of failure depends on the complexity of the system; however, human failings are the basis.
