Аннотация: This article discusses the nature and content chitatelsko literacy factors that determine the literacy and competence of the student. The current state of reader literacy in Kazakhstan among young people and the main factors affecting the educational process in modern society are also revealed, the theoretical and methodological foundations of youth literacy are defined.
