Аннотация: В наши дни невозможно представить повседневную жизнь без цифровых технологий, и сфера образования не является исключением. Использование цифровых технологий в образовательном процессе становится особенно актуальным, поскольку они создают новые возможности для обучения и помогают сделать уроки более привлекательными, полезными и продуктивными для учащихся. Цель статьи - выявить тенденции использования учителями на уроках цифровых технологий и определить наиболее популярные из них. В данной статье представлен опыт применения учителями школ цифровых инструментов и мобильных приложений. Сбор и анализ данных был получен в ходе онлайн-опроса, в котором участвовали около 45 учителей английского языка. Результаты опроса показали, что большинство школьных учителей регулярно используют цифровые технологии и мобильные приложения, чтобы сделать уроки иностранного языка более интересными, однако другая часть опрошенных считает эти технологии полезными, но редко или никогда не применяет их на своих занятиях. Выводы этой статьи могут познакомить учителей с разнообразием цифровых инструментов и мобильных приложений и помочь эффективно вовлечь учащихся в процесс обучения иностранному языку. These days it is impossible to imagine everyday routine without digital technologies and the sphere of education is not an exception. The use of digital technologies for educational process is becoming especially relevant because they create new opportunities for studying and assist to make lessons more attractive, useful and productive for learners. The aim of the article is to reveal the tendency of using digital technologies by teachers at the lessons and define the most popular ones. This article discusses a variety of digital instruments and mobile applications for learning English used for different educational purposes by both teachers and learners. The article provides an experience of using digital instruments and mobile applications by school teachers based on data collection, generated from the survey. The survey results have shown that most school teachers have regular tendency to apply digital technologies and mobile applications at their lessons to make it more interesting for learners, however, some school teachers considering these technologies useful still rarely or never apply them at their lessons. The article findings can benefit teachers with identified variety of digital instruments and mobile applications for teaching and assist to engage learners into the process of teaching a foreign language efficiently.

Основное внимание в исследовании уделено лидерству в школах Казахстана и применяемым подходам. Лидерство в образовании в Казахстане – это одна из самых перспективных новых областей в образовательной системе страны. В исследовании признается, что подход к школьному лидерству в Казахстане не соответствует какому-либо одному стилю, но предполагается, что его можно охарактеризовать как трансформационное. Благодаря данному обзору последних исследований читатели смогут лучше понять текущий уровень знаний по теме и определить области, требующие дальнейшего изучения. По поводу лидерства в образовании в Казахстане существует значительный информационный вакуум. Директора школ в Казахстане применяют различные стили лидерства, и в данном исследовании анализируется стиль лидерства через систематический литературный обзор. Исследование направлено на выявление типичных стилей лидерства и анализ их связи с региональными и международными образовательными целями и стандартами. Этот подход призван заполнить информационный вакуум и содействовать созданию более сильной и актуальной основы для школьного лидерства в Казахстане. The objectives of the present research are as follows: to determine the lead-ership styles which are most frequently applied among leaders in Kazakhstan and to provide a literature review containing the data on the contemporary approaches to school leadership. Research on school leadership in Kazakhstan and the approaches employed within is the primary emphasis. Leadership education in Kazakhstan is one of the most promising new areas in the country’s educational landscape. While the study acknowledges that the Kazakhstani school leadership approach defies the exact style, it suggests that it may be characterised as transformative. Readers will be able to better understand the topic’s current level of knowledge and identify where more study is needed due to this review of recent studies. Regarding educational leadership in Kazakhstan, there seems to be a considerable information vacuum. School directors in Kazakhstan employ a variety of leadership styles, and this research uses a systematic literature review to examine the style of leadership. Our research set out to identify typ-ical leadership styles and analyse their connections to regional and international edu-cational goals and benchmarks. This method seeks to fill the information vacuum and aid in the creation of a stronger and more applicable framework for school leadership in Kazakhstan.

Выстроив композиционную структуру искомого явления, авторы сфокусировали свое внимание на вопросах мотивации школьников в изучении языков. В этом ключе указанная мотивация рассматривается авторами как один из ключевых критериев оценки ценностного отношения к языкам. В данной статье изложены материалы эмпирического исследования, направленного на диагностику и оценку уровня сформированности ценностного отношения казахстанских школьников к изучаемым языкам. При этом в фокус исследования взяты три языка: казахский (Т2), русский (Я2) и английский (L3). В терминологии трехъязычного образования в Казахстане это означает вторые и третий языки, т.е. казахский язык в школах с русским языком обучения, русский язык в школах с казахским языком обучения и английский независимо от языка обучения в школах. Авторы отмечают, что материалы, изложенные в данной статье, представляют собой один из фрагментов более широкого исследования, так как мотивация в изучении языков выступает одним из девяти критериев ценностного отношения к языкам. Целью исследования является выявление уровня мотивации казахстанских школьников в изучении трех языков. Основным методом исследования является онлайн-опрос, в котором приняли участие обучающиеся 6-9 классов школ четырех регионов Казахстана. The authors of this article consider the issues of schoolchildren’s value at-titudes to the languages they study in the context of the axiologization of language education. Having built a compositional structure of the sought-after phenomenon, the authors focused their attention on the issues of schoolchildren’s motivation to learn languages. In this vein, the authors consider this motivation as one of the key criteria for assessing the value attitude to languages. This article presents the materials of an empirical study aimed at diagnosing and assessing the level of Kazakhstani school-children’s value attitude formation in the languages they study. The focus of the study is three languages: Kazakh (T2), Russian (Я2) and English (L3). In the terminology of trilingual education in Kazakhstan, this means the second and third languages, i.e. the Kazakh language at schools with Russian as the language of instruction, the Russian language at schools with Kazakh as the language of instruction and English regardless of the language of instruction in schools. The authors note that the materials presented in this article represent one fragment of a larger study, since motivation in learning lan-guages is one of the nine criteria for valuing attitudes towards languages.
