Аннотация: The article addresses the analysis of the basic principles of administrative proceedings. A brief overview of the basic principles of administrative proceedings and their implementation in the countries of the near and far abroad was made.

Аннотация: This paper offers investigation of fruit and berry fillers on the rheological properties of fermented milk drinks. The research was conducted as part of a scientific research effort. Local wild plants were used as fillers. This type of research allowed expanding the range of products at the enterprise and improving the organoleptic and nutritional properties of products. The purpose of this article is to find additional local vegetable raw materials as filler for fermented milk products. The importance of the results is that the data obtained can be used by specialists of dairy farms. During the period of coronavirus infection, when there were interruptions in the supply of raw materials, such directions it sets for future research as the development and improvement new food products by using local plant raw materials were revealed.

Аннотация: The article presents the analysis and results of the study of technogenic slag waste of lead-zinc production. Slags of lead-zinc production contain a large number of toxic compounds: lead, zinc, osmium, cadmium, which are dangerous sources of environmental pollution. Due to the open storage of slags, it was found that the maximum permissible concentrations of lead were exceeded. Utilization of man-made slag waste is of great importance for reducing the negative impact on the safety of life and improving the environmental situation in the region. At the same time, slags are valuable raw materials containing compounds of non-ferrous and rare-earth metals.

Аннотация: In the course of continuation of scientific research in the development of Kazakhstani technology for the production of trimanganese tetraoxide pigment, there have been proposed new methods of analysis which make it possible to investigate new nanostructural materials sourced from local deposits. The results obtained are of practical importance and serve as the foundation for developing new technologically advanced domestic production of a competitive product that is in demand both on the national and international markets. The available methods are not able to highlight the particularity and diversity of Kazakhstani manganese ores due to the uneven distribution of manganese minerals and host (waste) rock, the quantitative ratio of rock-forming components and their variation instability. Methods of energy-dispersive analysis of manganese ores from Kazakhstani Zhaksylyk and Bogach deposits have been put forward, electronic micrographs, spectrograms of samples, diagrams of normalized distribution of elements on the surface of samples have been obtained and a comparative analysis with raw analogue samples of some foreign manufacturers has been performed.

Қазақстанға қатысты АҚШ-тың жұмсақ күш құралдарын қолдануы әр алуан болып келеді, сол себепті авторлар зерттеуге қатысты сұрақтарды нақтылауға және эмпирикалық мәліметтерге негізделген жауаптарды табуға тырысты.Despite the critical view of Joseph Nye’s “soft power” policy, American politicians are increasingly considering this concept as an indispensable means to influence the world . The crucial importance of soft power is outlined in the global strategy of the United States as for its ability to make states want to follow the Western values and liberal model of world order. In turn, the blurry sense of liberal value’s influence on the Kazakh government provoked the authors to research quantitative and qualitative indicators of an aforementioned theme . Utilizing of soft power instruments toward Kazakhstan is far beyond the hard edge, but despite we tried to specify the questions around research and find replies basing on empirical data.

Individuals who have high perception of corruption believe that bribes must be paid. Customers will be more likely to accept a bribe if they believe many people pay bribes. Аннотация: В этой статье рассматриваются многогранные проблемы, связанные с повышением конкурентоспособности педагогов среднего образования посредством социального партнерства. Она начинается с изучения современного ландшафта педагогического образования, подчеркивая возрастание интеграции социальных партнеров в образовательных рамках для улучшения подготовки и развития учителей среднего образования. Во введении описывается важность балансировки различных факторов ввода, таких как образовательное образование, практический опыт, навыки, обратная связь заинтересованных сторон и технологическая компетентность. В методологии представлен комплексный подход к оценке конкурентоспособности учителей с использованием ряда методов оценки, включая тесты на компетентность, оценки производительности, опросы обратной связи, практические задания и оценки цифровой грамотности. Анализируя данные с помощью круговых диаграмм, авторы предлагают визуальное представление пропорционального влияния каждого фактора ввода и метода оценки на конкурентоспособность учителей среднего образования. В обсуждении рассматриваются последствия этих результатов, подчеркивается необходимость сбалансированного подхода к интеграции образовательных и практических компонентов в подготовке учителей среднего образования. Также рассматриваются проблемы стандартизации методов оценки и критическая роль технологической компетентности. Исследователи выступают за усиление социального партнерства для поддержки постоянного совершенствования и устранения пробелов в программах обучения учителей среднего образования. В заключении утверждается, что эффективное внедрение социального партнерства и диверсифицированный подход к оценке имеют важное значение для развития конкурентоспособных педагогов среднего образования. Объединяя последние исследования и передовой опыт, в этом исследовании представлены действенные рекомендации для образовательных учреждений по содействию более эффективной и отзывчивой среде обучения учителей среднего образования. This article explores the multifaceted challenges associated with improving the competitiveness of prospective educators through social partnerships. It begins with an examination of the contemporary landscape of teachers in the secondary ed-ucation, highlighting the growing importance of integrating social partnerships into educational frameworks to enhance secondary education teachers’ training and devel-opment. The introduction outlines the significance of balancing various input factors, such as educational background, practical experience, skills, stakeholders’ feedback, and technological proficiency. The methodology section presents a comprehensive ap-proach to assessing secondary education teachers’ competitiveness, utilizing a range of assessment methods including competency tests, performance evaluations, feed-back surveys, practical assignments, and digital literacy assessments. By analyzing data through pie charts, the study offers a visual representation of the proportional impact of assessment method on secondary teachers’ competitiveness. The discussion delves into the implications of these findings, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach in integrating educational and practical components into teacher training. It addresses the challenges of standardizing assessment methods and the critical role of techno-logical proficiency. The study advocates for enhanced social partnerships to support continuous improvement. In conclusion, the article asserts that effective implemen-tation of social partnerships and a diversified assessment approach are essential for developing competitive secondary educators.
