Аннотация: In the article an attempt to scientifically identify the characteristics of the education environment is made. It is shown that one of the important education components is the concept of «education environment» is directly related to the concept of «education experience» whereas the environment is understood as a set of conditions for organizing the experience in education. Systemic examination of the phenomenon of the educational environment is one of the important issues in the theory and methodology of higher education. The examination of types of educational environments is related to the problem of the professional competencies development of the students as future professionals in the study process at the higher educational institution since the formation of the student's personality is influenced not only by purposeful study process but also by specific educational environment in which the student is plunged. There is no doubt that the scope and ratio of social experience, object education and individual support are different in different types of educational institutions. The differences depend on the specifics of the educational process, value aspirations and teachers’ pedagogical conceptions. That’s why it is necessary to study different types of educational environments and their influence on the formation of students’ and trainees’ professionally important qualities and the development of their personalities as professionals in general.

Аннотация: This article examines some theoretical and practical issues of grammatical interference in the speech of English language learners. The article provides with various definitions and interpretations of grammatical interference from sundry perspectives. Some practical examples are provided and the special attention is given to English language learners whose first languages are Kazakh and/or Russian. We conducted a small observation of English language learners who are fluent in Kazakh and/or Russian. In addition, we interviewed two teaching assistants of English Language Department in one of the technical universities in Kazakhstan with the purpose to ask for common mistakes made by freshmen students in Elementary and General English courses. The study of grammatical interference in the speech of English language learners serves a great purpose to address the needs of language learners.

Аннотация: The article concerns a concept of tourism discourse, its oral genres are analyzed, as well as a specific character of texts is viewed with the purpose of revealing theoretical basis of teaching. Discourse is understood as a “complex communicative phenomenon”, which includes, in addition to the text, also extra-linguistic factors necessary for understanding the text. Training in foreign language professional discourse in the field of tourism provides for students to master the value system of this field of activity, the code of ethics, norms and standards, as well as the value system of national-cultural discourse as a whole.The author notes the importance of the component of foreign language communicative competence in the field of professional communication, various types and genres of discourses, the rules for their construction, as well as the ability to create and understand them taking into account the situation of communication. В статье рассматривается понятие туристического дискурса, анализируются его устные жанры, а также специфика текстов с целью выявления теоретических основ обучения. Дискурс понимается как «сложное коммуникативное явление», включающее, кроме текста, еще и экстралингвистические факторы, необходимые для понимания текста. Обучение иноязычному профессиональному дискурсу сферы туризма предусматривает овладение студентами системой ценностей данной сферы деятельности, этическим кодексом, нормами и стандартами, а также системой ценностей национально-культурного дискурса в целом. Автор отмечает, важность составляющей иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции в области профессионального общения, различных типов и жанров дискурсов, правил их построения, а также умение создавать и понимать их с учетом ситуации общения.
