Аннотация: This paper examines the quantitative and qualitative composition of amino acids and fatty acids present in the capsules and seeds of Datura Stramonium plant. Plant raw materials were collected in the southernregion of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty region). To determine the qualitative and component composition of fatty acids and amino acids of plant parts, GLC and HPLC methods were used. All analyzes were carried out using a Chromos GC-1000 gas chromatograph with a flame ionization detector and an Agilent-1200 Infinity high-performance liquid chromatograph with a spectrophotometric detector.
