Аннотация: The paper uses the method of economic, environmental and mathematical modeling. The management methods that are most effective in terms of "environmental" and "production" criteria are selected. This selected most effective method of management is not an easy task It is proposed to use the method of economic, environmental and mathematical modeling on a computer to solve it. The results of this simulation can be used in decision-making in the fields of ecology, health, industry medicine, investment planning, urban planning, and other areas of industry.
