Аннотация: The article is the result of many years of theoretical and experimental research on the problem of the formation of civil patriotic qualities in young people –the students who are the vanguard of Kazakhstan youth. Large – scale transformation taking place in the Republic of Kazakhstan are impossible without the transformation of public consciousness; the modernization of Kazakhstan society cannot be productive without the formation of a new type of personality. In this view, the upbringing of young citizens in the spirit of Kazakhstan patriotism, which is a new paradigm of the state ideology of the Republic, becomes especially urgent. Students shall possess not only professional knowledge but also the knowledge of democracy foundation and skills of civil activity to become responsible and active citizens. The author’s concept is based on the activity axiological approach that relies on the unity oh three components: cognitive, value- motivational, and socially active. The proposed model includes forms, methods, means, and stages of organization of educational work, as well as the criteria for civil patriotic education of future specialists.

Аннотация: The paper analyses the existing calculation methods for steam turbine condenser. The refined methods for calculating the condencer have also been considered. The dependency of the vapor pressure in the condenser on the temperature of the cooling water and the steam flow rate into the condenser have been considered. It can be seen from the obtained dependencies that the calculation of the condenser according to the ARTI and HEI methods coincides with the passport data. It is recommended to use the ARTI and HEI technigues for eguipment diagnostics and to use the KTP and USTU -UPI technigues when studying ways to increase the efficiency of the condenser. The mathematical model of the KG2-6200 condenser has been tested at the Almaty CHPP-2.

The effective use of internet of Things and cloud computing is the way to change existing MSW management by developing an efficient cos-effective, and environmentally friendly solution for MSW collection and transportation system. In this paper an Io T-based reference model is described and a comparison analysis of the available solutions is presented with the goal to highlight the most relevant approaches.
