Аннотация: The article examines the rule of Zhangir Khan in the Bukeev Horde. Opening of shopping establishments in Uyala and Shop-Shagyl district. Trade fairs in the khanate have expanded over time, and the proportion of representatives of different linguistic peoples has increased accordingly. Various trade relations were established here, steppe nomads and urban population, cattle breeders and farmers, village blacksmiths, experienced merchants and shepherds who did not understand trade, manufactories, steppe Shonzhars, Tatars, Cossacks and Russian peasants clashed and traded. Zhangir Khan paid great attention to the legal course of the fair and strictly regulated the sphere of trade by rules. Due to the fact that multinational peoples gathered at the fair for trade, and that there was no theft, mounted Cossacks were put on guard and a special bazaar was appointed for the fair. In addition, the quality of goods at the fair was checked, the correctness of the scales, the goods were certified, and the entry of merchants who arrived at the fair without documents was prohibited.

Аннотация: The modern system of learning a foreign language is characterized by the fact that practical knowledge of a foreign language becomes the need of every educated person, depending on the requirements of society for it. A foreign language has a beneficial influence on the overall level of people's culture, provides to the development of communication. The use of videos with the help of internet resources in English lessons furnishes to the individualization of learning and motivation of students' speech and listening activities. The purpose of this work is to determine the impact of аррlying video materials in English lessons on the development of students ' speech skills. The peculiarity of videotape recordings as a means of teaching English in high school is that they provide communication with specific subjects that stimulate real communication: students participate in all situations that arise with their support, take on a obvious role, set right life difficulties. The influence of taking place in the everyday life of the country of the language being studied deals as a forceful stimulation not only for teaching a natural, lively language, but also for increasing students ' motivation.

Аннотация: Объективное, всестороннее изучение истории депортации народов в Южный Казахстан в годы массовых политических репрессий, как самого процесса, так и последствий этого масштабного трагического события, является одной из важнейших задач современной исторической науки. Изучение проблемы адаптации и реабилитации депортированных народов Южного Казахстана важно не только с точки зрения самопознания этими народами своего прошлого, но и для изучения огромной по своим масштабам и последствиям страницы в истории Казахстана, которой является переселенческое движение, объектом которого был Южный Казахстан. Комплексное исследование темы «Депортированные народы на территории Южного Казахстана: проблемы адаптации и реабилитации». Итак, несмотря на актуальность, теоретическую и практическую значимость данной проблемы, можно констатировать, что вопрос изучения истории депортации народов на территорию Казахстана накануне и в годы Великой Отечественной войны до сих пор не получил всестороннего, объективного освещения в республике и ее регионах. В частности, малоизученными остаются вопросы размещения депортированных народов в Южном Казахстане, их адаптации как хозяйственного уклада, правового статуса, трудового использования и последствий принудительного переселения как для них самих, так и для казахского общества. При изучении проблемы использовались принципы историзма, научной объективности, добросовестности. Также применялись статистический и описательный методы, позволяющие последовательно раскрыть суть изучаемых вопросов. Научная новизна и практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что в работе предпринята попытка комплексного изучения истории депортации народов в Южный Казахстан, в результате которой Казахстан стал объектом принудительного переселения народов
