Аннотация: The Cauchy problem for singularly perturbed linear differential equation the second order withpiecewise-constant argument is considered in the article. The definition of singularly perturbedlinear harmonic oscillator with piecewise-constant argument is given in the paper. The system offundamental solutions of homogeneous singularly perturbed differential equation with piecewise-constant argument are constructed according to the nonhomogeneous singularly perturbed differ-ential equation with piecewise-constant argument. With the help of the system of fundamentalsolutions, the initial functions are constructed and their asymptotic representation are obtained.By using the reduction method, the analytical formula of the solution of singularly perturbed theinitial value problem with piecewise-constant argument is obtained. In addition, the unperturbedCauchy problem is constructed according to the singularly perturbed Cauchy problem. The so-lution of the unperturbed Cauchy problem is obtained. When the small parameter tends to thezero, the solution of singularly perturbed the Cauchy problem with piecewise-constant argumentapproaches the solution of the unperturbed Cauchy problem with piecewise-constant argument.The theorem on the passage to the limit is proved.

Аннотация: Накопление металлсодержащих отходов сегодня является проблемой не только экологической безопасности регионов, но и должно быть связано с новой парадигмой развития черной металлургии (прямое получение железа) с учетом политики энерго- и ресурсосбережения технологий. Цель работы: использовать металлосодержащие и углеродсодержащие промышленные отходы металлургического комбината АО «АрселорМиттал Темиртау» - конвертерный шлам и шлам углеобогащения. Последовательность организации процесса состоит из: 1) подготовка рудоугольной смеси из конвертерного и угольного шламов; 2) получение рудоугольных окатышей из мелкий рудо угольной смеси; 3) металлизация рудоугольных окатышей; 4) восстановительная плавка металлизованных окатышей и получение природолегированной стали. В качестве восстановительного реагента принят твердый углерод, при подготовке рудо угольной смеси исходим из принципа полного восстановления полезных извлекаемых металлов железа и марганца. Поэтому был определен стехиометрический расход подготовленного угольного шлама на единицу железорудного концентрата по разработанной методике с учетом последовательно-фазового превращения оксидов. В результате выполненных расчетов получен расход угольного шлама на единицу концентрата в количестве 0,265 кг/кг. Рудоугольная смесь состояла из суммы подготовленных конвертерных и угольных шламов. На базе металлсодержающих и углеродсодержающих шламов АО «АрселорМиттал Темиртау» организована подготовка рудоугольных окатышей со стехиометрическим содержанием углерода. Последовательная обработка сушка, металлизация и восстановительная плавка позволила получить на завершающей стадии слитки металла, которые по составу соответствуют качественной стали.

Аннотация: Было получено модифицированный анодный материал методом восстановления магния на висмутовый электрод Mg(ClO4)2/диметилформамид (ДМФА) системе. Структура и состав полученного анодного материала определялись с помощью сканирующего электронного микроскопа и рентгено-спектрального микроанализа. Анализ поляризационных кривых выявил электрохимические свойства интерметаллида Mg-Bi в ранее неизученной системе Mg(ClO4)2/ДМФА и процесс обратимости. Циклические вольтамперограммы показали, что процессы в системе квазиобратимы. Доказано, что процесс электронного обмена осуществляется путем диффузии.

Аннотация: In this work, the kinetics of electrochemical oxidation-reduction of thallium in aqueous solutions of sulfuric acid is studied by potentiometry. To characterize the mechanism of thallium electrooxidation, the following parameters were calculated: the order of the reaction and the effective activation energy of the process. The impact of electrolysis modes: current density, concentration and temperature of the electrolyte on the dimensional charac-teristics of the obtained thallium (I) sulfate was investigated.

Аннотация: n addition, to increase the viscosity reduction efficiency of the obtained reagent, the mechanism of complex application of the cavitation process and the reagent was described based on the positive results of the experiments. Also, the results of tests via "cold finger" method showed that new reagent has 53% efficiency in paraffin deposition inhibiting at its optimal anti-corrosion concentration (500 mg /l).As a result of the conducted field tests, it was revealed that theuse of the new multifunctional reagent ensures the continuous operation of pipeline network and reliable environmental protection.
