Аннотация: The article e[plains the conceptual characteristics of supply chain as well as supply chain management by, firstly, emphasizing the optimization of the supply chain as a whole rather than locally to ensure the efficient operation of the entire supply chain article. Secondly, the theory of supply chain integration emphasizes information sharing and process integration in all segments with the aim of reducing uncertainty and variation and improving responsiveness and flexibility. Furthermore although supply chain management plays an important role in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, there are still many problems that need to be solved.
