Аннотация: The paper discloses the problematic aspects of legal regulation of tuberculosis control in the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries. Despite the inception of modern treatments and public health interventions, tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant public health threat in Kazakhstan and abroad in the twenty-first century. The challenge of controlling TB in its traditional and new multidrug-resistant forms requires public health agencies at the high levels to develop and apply new tools. Among these tools is the use of law to support efforts to effectively monitor cases of tuberculosis. The purpose of this article is not to consider all socially significant diseases, but a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of the control of tuberculosis patients in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on international experience. The authors detailed the legal and regulatory framework for the prevention, diagnosis and control of infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Also measures of compulsory treatment of patients with tuberculosis, their rights and duties are described. For the disclosure of the topic, the methods of historical research and the system method were used in the article. The article is intended for a wide range of readers interested in medicine, jurisprudence and international attitudes.

Весь этот пакет договоренностей рассматривается как единое целое. Это означает, что страна, присоединяющаяся к ВТО, должна принимать все без исключения соглашения. Единственным преимуществом, предусмотренным в этом плане, являются различные условия для осуществления соглашений: дольше для развивающихся стран и, в некоторых случаях, для стран с переходной экономикой. В этом исследовании основное внимание уделяется анализу правового механизма обеспечения прав и обязанностей государств-членов при взаимодействии обязательных и факультативных соглашений ВТО. В данной статье обсуждается сфера действия и роль вышеназванных видов нормативных актов ВТО на примере Соглашения о применении санитарных и фитосанитарных мер и Соглашения о государственных закупках. Исследование показывает важность данных документов в области торговли и экономики государства в целом. В статье также рассматриваются теоретические и практические рекомендации по совершенствованию действующего законодательства Республики Казахстан и практика их применения.

Аннотация: The relationship between special investigative measures and criminal prosecution actions is one of the most complicated and current issues specific to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. In the paper the author discusses the national legal provisions that prevent the positive solution of this problem, highlights the essential similarities and differences between these two entities and analyzes the differences between the legal status of the results obtained, on the one hand, by conducting special investigative measures and, on the other hand, by carrying out criminal prosecution actions. In conclusion, even after the integration of special investigative measures in the Code of Criminal Procedure or the Republic of Moldova their legal status remains different from that of criminal prosecution actions. By carrying out these measures, information is obtained as before, not evidence. They can become evidence only if they pass the criminal procedural examination.
