The article presents methods and algorithms for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of business processes of enterprises using a system of balanced indicators. Due to the increased requirements for the efficiency of the functioning of organizations, the process approach based on the development of a process management system is becoming more popular. The activity of organizations is considered as a set of business processes with reference to structural divisions. The effectiveness of informatization and automation of algorithms for the work of enterprise entities primarily depends on the degree of formalization of business processes of organizations and readiness to implement management systems that meet the modern requirements of the digital economy.

Аннотация: For a long time, the use of various surfactants in the composition of simple electrolytes by researchers to improve the quality of metal coatings with cadmium and zinc has been an urgent task.Surfactants contribute to the grinding of the coating structure, the elimination of their porosity and the appearance of anti-corrosion properties of coatings. For example, cadmium electroplated coatings require corrosion resistance, since they are operated in tropical climates, in underground tunnels. Zinc coatings are widely used in building structures and roofing, on electrified railways and high-voltage power lines, in the mining industry and water pipes, as well as for galvanizing the body material in modern all-terrain vehicles to pass in hard-to-reach places without being subjected to corrosion.The object of our research is the process of electrodeposition of cadmium and zinc from simple acidic electrolytes with surfactants, which are thiourea derivatives of dialkyl-phosphorous acids in the current density range of 0.5-3.5 A /dm2, at room temperature. To confirm the quality of the obtained electroplating, we used a JSM-6490LV scanning electron microscope with INSA Energu energy–dispersion microanalysis and HKL-Basicc structural analysis systems with a useful magnification of 300000.

Аннотация: В данной статье рассматривается одна из актуальных проблем совре- менного образования – проблема развития субъектности и самостоятельности педагогов школ. Авторами проанализированы понятия «субъектность», «самосто- ятельность», даны их характеристики. Под «субъектностью педагога» можно рас- сматривать как доступный и эффективный принцип «самостроительства», связан- ного прежде всего с инициативой к самостоятельному жизнетворчеству, высокой мотивацией достижений в выбранной профессии или деятельности. Однако, как отмечают авторы, на развитие субъектности педагога препятствуют такие факто- ры как несовершенство образовательной системы школ, нет учёт запросов и тре- бований педагогов, также это обуславливается таким фактором как личностные качества педагогов. Для решения поставленной проблемы, организована и про- ведена экспериментальная работа, основными методами исследования стали методики: опросник самоактуализации личности; методика «Уровень субъективного контроля». Авторами определены педагогические условия, влияющие на разви- тие субъектности и самостоятельности педагогов школ, где первостепенным усло- вием является, возможность выбора педагогами познавательных альтернатив и, как следствие, поощрение обучающихся к самореализации

Аннотация: Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью улучшения качества школьных учебников в естественно-математическом направлении. Современные учебники часто содержат неоднозначные или расплывчатые определения терминов, что затрудняет их понимание учащимися и негативно влияет на образовательный процесс. Проблема систематизации и стандартизации понятийно-терминологического аппарата в школьных учебниках стала особенно актуальной в условиях перехода к обновленному содержанию образования. Цель исследования заключается в оценке соответствия терминов в учебниках возрастным и языковым требованиям учащихся и выявлении основных проблем и закономерностей, связанных с использованием терминологии. В статье представлены результаты анкетирования среди педагогов естественно-математического направления, проведен статистический анализ собранных данных и разработаны рекомендации по улучшению систематизации и унификации терминологии в учебниках. Исследование включает корреляционный и кластерный анализ данных анкетирования, проведенного среди учителей. Основное внимание уделяется выявлению проблем с терминологией в учебниках, пониманию связи между ответами на различные вопросы ивыявлению групп с похожими восприятиями. The study is relevant because it addresses the need to improve the quali-ty of school textbooks in natural and mathematical subjects. Modern textbooks often contain ambiguous or vague definitions of terms, which makes it difficult for students to understand them and negatively affects the educational process. The problem of systematization and standardization of the conceptual and terminological apparatus in school textbooks has become especially urgent in the conditions of the transition to the updated content of education. The purpose of the study is to assess the appropri-ateness of terms in textbooks with the age and linguistic requirements of students and to identify the main problems and patterns associated with the use of terminology. The article presents the results of a questionnaire survey among teachers of natural-math-ematical subjects, conducts a statistical analysis of the collected data, and develops recommendations to improve the systematization and unification of terminology in textbooks. The study includes a correlation and cluster analysis of the data conducted among teachers. The focus is on identifying problems with terminology in textbooks, understanding the relationship between responses to various questions, and identify-ing groups with similar perceptions.
