The harmful substances emitted by motor transportadversely affect the air, water reservoirs, soil and the planet’s biosphere. At Nowadays car engineconsumes about 3 kilogram of atmospheric oxygen when liters of gasoline per 1 kg are burned.Every car delivers 60 m3of gas per hour, and the truck produces 120 m3of gas. These substancesare very dangerous for living organisms and finding solution for the problem of cleaning exhaustedgases is very actual.The purpose of this article is mathematical and numerical modeling on transfer processes in motor-car neutralizer with usage modern programming language and modern computing technologies.The solution of such a problem brings a certain contribution to the protection of the environmentfrom automobile exhaust gases. The task of cleaning at exhaust gases is investigated, that is tosay catalytic oxidation of exhausted gases automobile neutralizer . The mathematical model thereis a system of differential equations warm and mass transfer including heat generation from thechemical reaction. The equation system is solved through numerical methods and to create anddevelop an algorithm of computing the task of cleaning exhaust gases in automobile neutralizer.

Аннотация: Изучение влияния загрязняющих веществ на водную экосистему с целью биологической индикации территорий, подверженных антропогенному загрязнению крайне актуально для Каспийского моря. В статье представлен рестрикционный анализ ДНК рыб (Neogobiusgorlap) и полихет (Nereisdiver- sicolor) из трех ареалов прибрежной зоны Каспийского моря. В настоящее время для оценки стабильности генома широко используется метод анализа ДНК, полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР), разработанный в 1985 году [1]. Чувствительность ПЦР позволяет успешно анализировать даже деградированную ДНК из му¬зейных и археологических образцов. В данной работе мы использовали метод анализа RAPD-PCR. В общей отобранной выборке из 3-х биотопов оценивали от 4 до 11 фрагментов. Визуальный анализ фрагментов ДНК, полученных для образцов, имел очень высокую степень различий (различие). Все выбранные прай¬меры показали различную картину межвидовой дифференциации. Это абсолютно достоверные маркеры (gibridspecies DNA fragments) для идентификации фенотипических гибридов, изученных рыб. Для иссле¬дуемых образцов были наиболее важными праймеры ОРА-09 и ОРА-Ю. Во время анализа полимеразной цепной реакции были обнаружены спектры с полиморфной и мономорфной ДНК рыб, пойманных в местах с различным уровнем загрязнения. Определены специфические свойства ДНК-спектров исследуемых рыб и полихет. Обнаружен уникальный ДНК-фрагмента у полихет из загрязненной среды обитания, который может быть использован в качестве ДНК маркера.

Аннотация: It is considered that Norilsk ranks second in terms of atmospheric contamination. Industrial enterprises annually emit large amounts of sulphur dioxide, phenols, and heavy metal particles. The city is located within the Far North and is distinguished by the harsh climate of the subarctic type. The snow cover can lie from 244 to 277 days. Snow is a good sorbent; therefore, the snow cover accumulates solid and gaseous pollutants that enter it from the atmosphere with precipitation or are absorbed from it. The purpose of this study was to analyse the snow cover in the Norilsk industrial region and assess the state of atmospheric air in the winter. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: conduct a literature review on a given topic; take samples of snow in various industrial districts of Norilsk; study the dependence of the qualitative characteristics of snow on the sampling site; draw conclusions on the quality of snowpack in different areas of the industrial districts of Norilsk. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: organoleptic, visual, methods for determining water transparency, titrimetric analysis, etc. Heavy metal ions and sulphate ions were not detected in the thawed snow, so no industrial gas pollution was noted in the residential area. Most of the particulate contamination was caused by slagging of roads to improve vehicle traction.

Аннотация: According to UN estimates, the shortage of safe drinking water can become one of the most acute and pressing problems. The specificity of this problem for Russia is not a shortage of water resources, but their pollution and ongoing degradation of water bodies. The quality of water is understood as the totality of its properties associated with the nature and concentration of impurities in the water. Water analysis is the only tool for monitoring its condition and properties. During the experiment, a team of researchers took samples of drinking water from the water supply network in various districts of the Norilsk industrial region, studied the dependence of the quality characteristics of water on the location and sampling method. Based on the findings, conclusions on the quality of drinking water were drawn. During the experiment, the authors found that in terms of organoleptic indicators, drinking water in all areas of the NIR meets the requirements of Sanitary Rules and Regulations and GOST. Taking samples at three control points of the Norilsk industrial region, it has been proven that the water is soft and its salt content is mainly due to the presence of hardness salts. Having made the necessary analyses, the authors found that the presence of microorganisms in the water supply network of the NIR is not significant, the permanganate oxidisability indicator does not exceed the requirements of Sanitary Rules and Regulations.

During the experiment, the authors found that in terms of organoleptic indicators, drinking water in all areas of the NIR meets the requirements of Sanitary Rules and Regulations and GOST. Taking samples at three control points of the Norilsk industrial region, it has been proven that the water is soft and its salt content is mainly due to the presence of hardness salts. Having made the necessary analyses, the authors found that the presence of microorganisms in the water supply network of the NIR is not significant, the permanganate oxidisability indicator does not exceed the requirements of Sanitary Rules and Regulations.
