Аннотация: This article discusses the features of the determination of elements in uranium ores of the Shusarysu uranium-ore province by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry in comparison with the ore standard of Ore Research & Exploration (Australia). The existing and developed methods for determining the elemental composition of uranium ores are focused, as a rule, on the determination of specific elements using regulated analysis procedures. However, during routine analysis, we need to quickly and efficiently determine a larger list of elements available with one instrumental method. Various methods are used to obtain multielement analysis, among which mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission analysis are most popular due to their high performance and low detection limits. The listed methods work with solutions, therefore, it is necessary to pay great attention to sample preparation and instrument calibration.

Аннотация: For the first time, kinetics and the mechanism of the reaction of hydrazinolysis of maleic acid in the presence of cation exchanger resin KU-2-8 in H-form have been studied. The experiments were carried out in a static system in a thermostat glass reactor. It was found that cation exchanger shows high catalytic activity in the studied process - maleic acid conversion was 93%, and maleic hydrazide yield was 90%. The conversion selectivity of maleic acid to maleic hydrazide was 97,8%. The reaction rate was determined from the accumulation of maleic hydrazide. The apparent reaction rate constant (k) was calculated from the second-order reaction rate equation. The effect of initial concentrations of maleic acid and hydrazine hydrate, the temperature on the reaction rate was studied. The first order of maleic acid and hydrazine hydrate is determined. Activation energy of the process found from the Arrhenius dependence is 32,1 kJ/mol. On the basis of kinetic and IR spectroscopic methods, a probable reaction mechanism involving polymer-bound hydrogen ions is proposed.

Аннотация: Статья посвящена результатам 20-летних исследований по развитию генетических ресурсов зерновых культур, в частности пшеницы, в Республике Казахстан. В основу создания Стратегии развития генетических ресурсов растений для продовольствия и сельского хозяйства (ГРРПСХ) была положена информация, собранная в рамках реализации проекта ФАО в Казахстане «Establishment of national information sharing mechanism on the implementation of the Global Plan of Action on plant genetic resources for food and agriculture». При создании Национального Механизма Информационного Обмена (НМИО) были использованы предложенные проектом 86 основных и 68 дополнительных индикатора для мониторинга реализации Глобального Плана Действий (ГПД) в РК, а также информационная система, включающую базу данных и механизм. Созданная база данных позволила структурировать информацию о генетических и фенотипических признаках образцов государственных семенных коллекций, собранную в рамках 10 Национальных проектов и программ МСХ и МОН РК и 6 Международных грантов - ФАО, USAID/WSU/CIMMIT, USAID/WSU/KAZ, ACIAR, GTZ/CIMMIT/KAZ, WDB/CIMMIT. В статье приведены результаты исследований, посвященные сбору, изучению, документированию, хранению ГРР пшеницы и их использованию в селекции. Проведенными НИР впервые в РК сформирован (собран, изучен, документирован) и заложен на хранение генофонд пшеницы (более 18,0 тыс. обр.). Структура созданного генофонда охватывает рекомендуемые мировой практикой 3 уровня – генофонд сорта, вида, рода и трибы, которые лежат в основе формирования генофонда вида. Собран уникальный генетический материал (изогенные серии, мутанты, аллоплазматические линии, интрогрессивные линии по многим хозяйственно-ценным признакам), наработанный в результате многолетних исследований по генетике пшеницы. Более 1/3 коллекций переданы для использования в селекционные и биотехнологические программы улучшения культуры.

Аннотация: The article presents experiments on obtaining composite fibers based on Shubarkol coal tar (CT) and polycarlonitrile (PAN) by electrospinning in a laboratory setup. As a result of energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and SEM microscopy, the elemental composition (C-85.83%) and the diameter of the carbon fiber were determined, which ranged from 89.0 nm to 449.8 nm. The resulting CNF was subjected to oxidation in air at 300 °C, the holding time was 1 hour, after which the carbonization process was carried out at 800 °C, followed by cooling to room temperature.

As a result of energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and SEM microscopy, the elemental composition (C-85.83%) and the diameter of the carbon fiber were determined, which ranged from 89.0 nm to 449.8 nm. The resulting CNF was subjected to oxidation in air at 300 °C, the holding time was 1 hour, after which the carbonization process was carried out at 800 °C, followed by cooling to room temperature.
