The article presents methods and algorithms for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of business processes of enterprises using a system of balanced indicators. Due to the increased requirements for the efficiency of the functioning of organizations, the process approach based on the development of a process management system is becoming more popular. The activity of organizations is considered as a set of business processes with reference to structural divisions. The effectiveness of informatization and automation of algorithms for the work of enterprise entities primarily depends on the degree of formalization of business processes of organizations and readiness to implement management systems that meet the modern requirements of the digital economy.

Аннотация: Based on the analysis and consideration of the features of Galileo’s transformations, new inertial and dynamic reference frames of movements are obtained. In the new inertial reference frame, the main drawback of Galileo’s transformations, associated with the violation of the invariance of the intervals between events, is eliminated. The developed dynamic frame of reference makes it possible to conduct effective studies of movements in force fields. Elements of this dynamic frame of reference intuitively, without a detailed analysis of the meaning of the transformations used, have been successfully applied in a number of scientific works in the field of physical electronics, devoted to the construction of theories of electron mirrors and cathode lenses. Obviously, the new reference systems indicated in the work will find wide application both in the field of research and design of electron-optical devices and ion-beam technological installations, and in other branches of fundamental and technical sciences.

Аннотация: In this work, we investigated a modification of a copolymer based on α-olefin (octadecene-1) (ODC) and maleic anhydride (MA) synthesized by the method of initiated radical polymerization. In the studies carried out, it was revealed that of all the synthesized copolymers based on maleic anhydride, the copolymer with α-octadecene was the most effective copolymer in reducing the viscosity of oil and TPT. In this work, a copolymer based on maleic anhydride and octadecene-1 (ODC – MA) was modified with primary amines – butylamine (BA), hexylamine (HA), hexadecylamine (HDA), octadecylamine (ODA), benzylamine (BzA).

Аннотация: According to UN estimates, the shortage of safe drinking water can become one of the most acute and pressing problems. The specificity of this problem for Russia is not a shortage of water resources, but their pollution and ongoing degradation of water bodies. The quality of water is understood as the totality of its properties associated with the nature and concentration of impurities in the water. Water analysis is the only tool for monitoring its condition and properties. During the experiment, a team of researchers took samples of drinking water from the water supply network in various districts of the Norilsk industrial region, studied the dependence of the quality characteristics of water on the location and sampling method. Based on the findings, conclusions on the quality of drinking water were drawn. During the experiment, the authors found that in terms of organoleptic indicators, drinking water in all areas of the NIR meets the requirements of Sanitary Rules and Regulations and GOST. Taking samples at three control points of the Norilsk industrial region, it has been proven that the water is soft and its salt content is mainly due to the presence of hardness salts. Having made the necessary analyses, the authors found that the presence of microorganisms in the water supply network of the NIR is not significant, the permanganate oxidisability indicator does not exceed the requirements of Sanitary Rules and Regulations.

Аннотация: The main goal of the study was to develop and test an effective technology for cattle genotyping by the CSN3 gene based on real-time PCR with hybridization-fluorescence detection. There was developed a method for real-time PCR for cattle genotyping by A and B alleles of the CSN3 gene in the format of hybridization-fluorescence detection, involving the use of two 5/-fluorescence-labeled forward allele-specific primers, one reverse common primer, and one anti-primer labeled with a fluorescence quencher at the 3/-end of the oligonucleotide. As a result of practical studies aimed at testing the developed method, we obtained the technical result provided by the proposed technology, expressed in the effective identification of the desired genotypes due to correct interpretation of these curves of increasing fluorescence intensity, the results reliability of which was also confirmed by the well-known PCR-RFLP analysis technique for Bos taurus genotyping for similar allelic variants of the kappa-casein gene.

Аннотация: Положение дел в аграрном секторе экономики страны показывает, что рост животноводческой продукции обеспечивается, в основном за счет личных подсобных и домашних хозяйств, (ЛПХ и ДХ) где сосредоточено более 80% скота и птицы. Вместо с тем, в этом секторе преобладает мелкотоварное, сезонное производство, которое как показывает практика, не всегда отвечает требованиям перерабатывающей промышленности, а выпускаемая продукция врядь ли может быть конкурентоспособной на внутренном, особенно на внешнем рынках. Следовательно, целью данной научно-производственных исследований оказалась разработка концептуальные основы повышения эффективности разведения сельскохозяйственных животных в сельских регионах Центрального Казахстана, располагающихся львиными долями пастбищных угодий и подземными полезными ископаемыми страны. При этом, изучена и отличительная особенность системы функционирования малых форм хозяйствования на селе в сельских территориях Акмолинской, Карагандинской, Северо-Казахстанской и Южно-Казахстанской областей.

Аннотация: This work deals with the development of materials based on natural clays and on pillared clays and further application in the the adsorption of Ni (II), used as model pollutant, from aqueous solution. The starting natural clay (montmorillonite) was obtained in a deposit of Kazakhstan (Asa), and two additional samples were prepared by treatment of the natural clay with acid and by pillarization with Fe2+and Zn2+.
