Аннотация: The aim of the article is to study the effect of preparation and activation methods of a modified zeolite-containing catalyst on the activity and stability of catalytic properties displayed by it during the conversion of C3-C4 hydrocarbons. During the experiment, the industrial cracking catalyst OMNIKAT, which is a zeolite in the sodium form, was used as the initial one. Zinc, gallium, and REE (rare earth elements) were sequentially applied to decationized samples of this catalyst by ion exchange, impregnation, and dry mechanical mixing, and the effect of these methods on the catalytic properties of the zeolite-containing catalyst was observed. As a result of a comparative analysis of the regularities of aromatization of C3-C4hydrocarbons, it was found that the mechanical mixing method is the most preferable, since it provides the best process performance.

Аннотация: it is shown that additions of montmorillonite in the Na form contribute to a significant increase in the crushing strength of granules of cracking catalysts while maintaining their activity in the yield of gasoline. Comparison of the results of the cracking of vacuum gas oil on catalysts of the same composition, but with and without a NaMM binder, showed that the introduction of NaMM does not significantly affect the gasoline yield. Samples of catalysts of the same composition, but with the use of Al-pillared MM in Na-and CaNa-exchangeable forms and with the addition of NaMM as a binder, showed similar activity in the yield of gasoline, which is explained by the similarity of the elemental compositions, textural and acidic properties of the studied catalysts. The maximum yield of gasoline, equal to 44.8% and light gas oil of 14.6%, was obtained for Al (2.5) CaNaHMM + NaMM with the addition of a binder and crushing strength of 60-70 N / cm2.

Аннотация: the problem of rational utilization of natural and associated petroleum gases and the cessation of their flaring is one of the acute and unresolved environmental problems. The aim of this work is to develop effective thermally stable catalysts ofa new generation for the processes of oxidative conversion of light alkanes of natural and associated gas into synthesis gas. The results of partial oxidation of the methane of natural gas on the catalysts prepared by solution combustion synthesis are presented. Investigation of the activity of catalysts produced from initial mixture of Ni(NO3)2-Al(NO3)3-Mg(NO3)2-Mn(NO3)2+ urea of different composition was carried out for the production of synthesis-gas. It was found that the optimal conditions for producing of synthesis-gas are: CH4conversion higher than 95%, yield of target products: Н2-97 -99% and СО -40 -43%, Т = 900оС, space velocity –2500 and 6500 h-1. The catalysts were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, specific surface area, pore volume and average pore diameter. The presence in the catalysts of simple and mixed oxides, metal aluminates and spinel-type structures, the presence of which contributes to the active work of catalysts for oxidativeconversion of CH4, has been established.

Аннотация: n addition, to increase the viscosity reduction efficiency of the obtained reagent, the mechanism of complex application of the cavitation process and the reagent was described based on the positive results of the experiments. Also, the results of tests via "cold finger" method showed that new reagent has 53% efficiency in paraffin deposition inhibiting at its optimal anti-corrosion concentration (500 mg /l).As a result of the conducted field tests, it was revealed that theuse of the new multifunctional reagent ensures the continuous operation of pipeline network and reliable environmental protection.

РџСЂРё математическом моделировании были учтены реально действующие РІ массиве напряжения, определенные натурными измерениями. Р•-mail: SSA2704@mail.ru NUMERICAL MODELING OF THE STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF THE KURZHUNKUL OPEN-PIT MINE Abstract. The stress-strain state of rocks is one of the main factors that determine the magnitude and nature of rock pressure, on which the safety of deep open pit development depends. When conducting mining operations, it is necessary to understand where zones of increased principal components of normal and maximum shear stresses form. The article presents the results of numerical modeling of the stress-strain state of the Kurzhunkul pit in a two-dimensional formulation by the finite element method in the MIDAS GTS NX software package. In mathematical modeling, the stresses actually acting in the array, determined by field measurements, were taken into account. A model based on the results of modeling is presented, which can be used to predict changes in the maximum gradient of horizontal stress with an increase in the depth of mining of the Kurzhunkul open-pit mine. Based on the results of the modeling of the sides in the southeastern north-western directions, areas were identified where there is an unfavorable effect of the maximum shear stresses on the side rock mass and the maximum shear stresses (н µнјЏн µнјЏн µнјЏн µнјЏн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћ) may exceed the shear strength. Also, an assessment of the influence of the main components of normal and maximum shear stresses on the stability of the near-rock pit rock mass is given. It has been determined that the geomechanical state of the sides of the Kurzhunkul open-pit mine is characterized by the action of low compressive stresses. The values of the maximum compressive stresses vary from 5.52 MPa to 14.25 MPa, increasing from the day surface to the bottom of the open pit. The minimum component of the principal stresses varies from 0.70 to 9.4 MPa. The values of tensile minimum stresses н µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±– are significantly less than the calculated values of tensile stresses н µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µн±ќн µн±ќн µн±ќн µн±ќ in the sample and do not affect the stability of the pit edges. The problem of predicting the tectonic effect on the stress state of the rock mass is important in geomechanics today. If the natural stresses in the sides of the pit slope are high and exceed the strength of the rock mass, then its deformation occurs and large zones of weakened rocks are created, which can then collapse under the influence of their own weight [1, 2]. Based on the results of field studies, it was determined that the stress-strain state of the rock masses of the Kurzhunkul pit was attributed to the gravitational-tectonic type [3]. The stability of quarry walls in rocky tectonically stressed rocks is determined, first, by the parameters of the stressstrain state, structural disturbance, and strength characteristics of the rock mass. Materials and methods. To substantiate the rational design parameters of the Kurzhunkul opencast mine, calculations were performed to estimate the stress-strain state of the rock mass in a two-dimensional (2D) formulation by the finite element method using the MIDAS GTS NX software package. Finite element method (FEM) calculation in MIDAS GTS NX can be conditionally divided into the following stages: - setting the computational domain with the selection of characteristic areas and mechanical properties for the selected areas; предела прочности РЅР° СЃРґРІРёРі. Величины максимальных сжимающих напряжений изменяются РІ пределах РѕС‚ 5,52 РњРџР° РґРѕ 14.25 РњРџР°, увеличиваясь РѕС‚ дневной поверхности Рє РґРЅСѓ карьера. Р•-mail: SSA2704@mail.ru NUMERICAL MODELING OF THE STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF THE KURZHUNKUL OPEN-PIT MINE Abstract. The stress-strain state of rocks is one of the main factors that determine the magnitude and nature of rock pressure, on which the safety of deep open pit development depends. When conducting mining operations, it is necessary to understand where zones of increased principal components of normal and maximum shear stresses form. The article presents the results of numerical modeling of the stress-strain state of the Kurzhunkul pit in a two-dimensional formulation by the finite element method in the MIDAS GTS NX software package. In mathematical modeling, the stresses actually acting in the array, determined by field measurements, were taken into account. A model based on the results of modeling is presented, which can be used to predict changes in the maximum gradient of horizontal stress with an increase in the depth of mining of the Kurzhunkul open-pit mine. Based on the results of the modeling of the sides in the southeastern north-western directions, areas were identified where there is an unfavorable effect of the maximum shear stresses on the side rock mass and the maximum shear stresses (н µнјЏн µнјЏн µнјЏн µнјЏн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћн µн±Ћ) may exceed the shear strength. Also, an assessment of the influence of the main components of normal and maximum shear stresses on the stability of the near-rock pit rock mass is given. It has been determined that the geomechanical state of the sides of the Kurzhunkul open-pit mine is characterized by the action of low compressive stresses. The values of the maximum compressive stresses vary from 5.52 MPa to 14.25 MPa, increasing from the day surface to the bottom of the open pit. The minimum component of the principal stresses varies from 0.70 to 9.4 MPa. The values of tensile minimum stresses н µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±љн µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±–н µн±– are significantly less than the calculated values of tensile stresses н µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µнјЋн µн±ќн µн±ќн µн±ќн µн±ќ in the sample and do not affect the stability of the pit edges. The problem of predicting the tectonic effect on the stress state of the rock mass is important in geomechanics today. If the natural stresses in the sides of the pit slope are high and exceed the strength of the rock mass, then its deformation occurs and large zones of weakened rocks are created, which can then collapse under the influence of their own weight [1, 2]. Based on the results of field studies, it was determined that the stress-strain state of the rock masses of the Kurzhunkul pit was attributed to the gravitational-tectonic type [3]. The stability of quarry walls in rocky tectonically stressed rocks is determined, first, by the parameters of the stressstrain state, structural disturbance, and strength characteristics of the rock mass. Materials and methods. To substantiate the rational design parameters of the Kurzhunkul opencast mine, calculations were performed to estimate the stress-strain state of the rock mass in a two-dimensional (2D) formulation by the finite element method using the MIDAS GTS NX software package. Finite element method (FEM) calculation in MIDAS GTS NX can be conditionally divided into the following stages: - setting the computational domain with the selection of characteristic areas and mechanical properties for the selected areas; предела прочности РЅР° СЃРґРІРёРі. In the article, the author reveals a brief evolution of bilateral economic relations from the 2000s to the present. Comparing the policy of the first head of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and the current President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the author described the level of development of Central Asian integration at this stage . The author believes that Kazakhstan's relations with Uzbekistan are always open and aimed at integration . However, as a result of Uzbekistan's excise policy pursued by Karimov, relations between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan were of the nature of mutual understanding, friendship, and the volume of mutual trade developed slowly . For example, if in Karimov's leadership in the 2000s, the annual trade turnover of the two countries amounted to $ 295 .4 million, then in 2021, at Mirziyoyev's initiative, for 4 months after Uzbekistan stopped applying excise taxes on transported goods, the bilateral trade turnover for January-April amounted to $ 1 .2 billion . This is about 12 times more than in 2000 . The author positively assesses not only the dynamics of bilateral trade turnover, but also the bilateral joint project being implemented at the present stage, achievements in the transport and logistics sphere .
