Аннотация: The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness of the discussion in the formation of communication skills among students studying a foreign language. To achieve this goal, it was planned to solve the following tasks: 1. To analyze the fundamental methodological theories of the formation and development of listening skills and abilities; 2.To investigate the mechanisms of speech perception by ear and their functioning in the discussion; 3.Clarify the concept of "listerning"; 4.Clarify the concept of "discussion"; 5.The study of listerning as an educational activity, as well as a component of oral communication;6.Define the communicative goals of listerning; 7.Classify the types of learning listerning and auditory skills; 8.Analyze the features and difficulties of perception and understanding of a foreign language, in particular English speech by ear; 9.Develop a typology of learning tasks for teaching listening, taking into account the levels of understanding of the text and auditory skills and abilities through discussion; 10.Develop a set of tasks for teaching listening, integrated into the curriculum of teaching English to students; 11.To conduct a pedagogical experiment to test the methodology for the formation of listening skills and abilities,taking into account the mechanisms of perception and listening strategies of students through group discussions of 3rd year English language learners.

Аннотация: Теоретически обосновать и экспериментально определить эффективность применения технологии развития критического мышления посредством чтения и письма в процессе подготовки будущих специалистов и иностранного языка. Достижение поставленной цели предполагает решение следующих задач:1)изучить и проанализировать труды ученых, основоположников в области философии, психологии , педагогики , лингвистики и методики преподавания по теме исследования;2)раскрыть сущность и содержание технологии развития критического мышления через чтение и письмо;3)определить роль и функцию технологии развития критического мышления через чтение и письмо в процессе подготовки будущих специалистов иностранного языка;4)описать характеристику технологии развития критического мышления через чтение и писбмо;5)теоретически и экспериментально обосновать педагогические условия эффективности применения технологии развития критического мышления через чтение и письмо в процессе подготовки будущих специалистов иностранного языка.
