Аннотация: This scientific article is devoted to the problems associated with the flow of suspensions and emulsions and some simplifications of the real picture of the flow of a polydisperse medium are made. It is also stipulated that differential equations characterizing the motion of suspensions and emulsions should take into account the fundamental discontinuity of the medium and the physicochemical processes of heat and mass transfer occurring in it. Taking into account all these factors, a general equation for multiphase systems is proposed with certain simplifications that do not change.

Аннотация: In recent years, the interest of researchers in the herbal preparation has grown significantly. Plants are sources of biologically active substances (BAS). In previous articles, the chemical composition and biologically active substances of plants endemic Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin growing in Kazakhstan has been studied. Among the BAS of plant origin, inulin and flavonoids occupy a special place. The article examines the release of inulin and flavonoid from the stem of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin plants. In order to isolate a flavonoid, you first need to extract inulin. Due to the fact that in our plants, inulin accumulates up to 40%. Therefore, the first stage was to isolate inulin: with extractions 1:10 with distilled water for 60 minutes, and in the second stage, the further isolation of the residue was first dried, the dry residue was 1:10 with a ratio of 70% ethanol for 3 hours. The inulin yield was -5%, the melting point was 1300C. A The yield of flavanoid is 0.66%, the melting point is 1700 C, the aggregate state is acicular light brown light. The structure of the isolated flavonoid was determined on a Uviline 9100 spectro-photometer; the highest absorption was observed at a wavelength of 364 nm. Consequently, the structure of the isolated flavonoid coincides with the literature data. The maxima of the UV, IR, 13С -NMR. spectrum show that flavonol is a derivative.

Аннотация: One of the most important quantities in chemical thermodynamics and thermochemistry is the enthalpy of combustion. Of the currently existing methods for calculating the heat of combustion of natural and synthetic organic compounds, the most acceptable and correct in our case was the Karash method. In this study, the standard enthalpy of combustion, the standard enthalpy of formation, and the melting enthalpy of the antibiotic roseofungin and its cyclodextrin derivatives were calculated. As a result of the study, the thermodynamic constants of the standard enthalpies of combustion, standard enthalpies of formation, and the enthalpies of melting of the above compounds were calculated, which are of interest for physicochemical modeling of processes with their participation, serve as initial information arrays for loading into fundamental thermodynamic data banks and reference books, and is also important for standardization and certification of these complexes. It should be noted that the presence of a large number of hydroxyl groups in the structures of the studied complexes allows them to be attributed to polar compounds.

Аннотация: The nature of the anion electrolyte affects the rate of copper anodic oxidation, while the process occurs more efficiently in solutions of sulfate and sodium chloride and is accompanied by significant polarisation. Based on the study of kinetics the possibility of obtaining powders of metal oxide was shown, which further allowed to determine the parameters of the electrolysis process in non-stationary conditions in order to obtain highly dispersed materials based on copper oxides with specific physico-chemical properties.

The mechanisms of formation of food baskets were analyzed on the example of countries such as the USA, Canada and the Russian Federation . The authors, exploring the international aspect of the problem, implement the experience in the context of Kazakhstan. The research subject is may be defined as the phenomenon of food security in its global context . According to the relevance of the studied issues, a comparative analysis of the management mechanisms responsible for the formation of the main business processes in the field of providing the population with sufficient food was carried out . The relationship between the guaranteed level of food supply and compliance with the principles of social justice has been proved . The Republic of Kazakhstan does not face the threat of famine, however, there are certain problems associated with the peculiarities of food self-sufficiency, in particular, there is dependence on imports of a number of strategically important food products. It is shown how the level of self-sufficiency in food affects the state of food security based on the international situation and the current conjuncture of food markets.
